Really nice hotel

Cleanliness, wonderful staff, and very peaceful

The best hotel in town . From the moment i arrived to the time i checked out everything was perfect. Room was clean parking was everywhere. Staff Was friendly and helpful

Absolutely loved this hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple different times and it’s always nice and quiet, the beds are comfy and the rooms are always clean!

Beautiful hotel

Hotel was nice, fair location, nearby to places to eat and hangout. However, at checking, staff was unwelcoming; making eye contact but no greeting. It felt as though my family and I were not welcome.

Everything was amazing from the space of the room too the breakfast amazing customer service as well

Everything at this hotel was very nice and clean staff were super friendly I’ll be staying here every time I travel to Rialto.

Love this place but I had some hiccups with the room. The shower had hair in it and the toilet wasn’t completely cleaned. Just took care of it my self. Took a shower, left for a bit then came back to blow dry my hair, and all of a sudden the outlet started sparking up and the blowdryer it self was shooting out sparks and crackling and smoke was coming out. Immediately tried to shut it off and pulled the plug and got shocked by the outlet. I called the front to alarm them that the room was kind of smoky and that it smelt really burnt in the room and that if I could move to a different room. Additionally prior to that incident I went to warm up food but the microwave was not plugged in and I couldn’t plug it in myself where it was at so I had to move it to another location to plug it in. I love the Ayres Hotel here in Rialto/Fontana. Moving and having to change rooms at night was a tad inconvenient and didn’t expect to get shocked by an electrical outlet, but the staff was super courteous in helping me out.

No smart tvs ☹️ I literally just wanted the weekend to relax and watch Netflix and I couldn’t.

The hotel has very up to date decor. It is located in a quiet industrial area, but close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was goods. The only suggestion I would have is to serve a cut fruit platter as a healthier option. The room was spacious. The mattress could have been a little firmer, and you had to hold the toilet seat up while you were doing your business or it would fall down. All and all though, it was a good experience and we will be back!

Clean and staff were friendly. Pool area is small but size is fine

Nice place but more of a business vibe. In the midst of warehouses and staff is curt but competent as you would expect in a business hotel.

Excellent place to stay

Everything was excellent except the tub was unexpectedly clogged. I was only able to take one shower bc it was a “jacuzzi” after that… w/ the water not going down.

Everything very clean and nice and quite
