베이몬트 바이 윈덤 레이크 시티 I-75

I love how the original day I was suppose to be there I had to reschedule. They called me asking if everything was ok. The following Sun I checked in granted the hot tub and ice machines weren't working but very friendly and easy check in. The room was wonderful and I plan on staying here next time I go to Florida. They did tell me that the next few months they will be remodeling the hotel.

My stay was great it was me and my daughter birthday 🎂 we just wanted to relax and be comfortable. And that's what we got I really enjoyed

What we thought was a nightmare period everything was wrong

Reserved a non smoking room due to asthmatic child had to move rooms cause definitely not non smoking. Then picked hotel for whirlpool which wasn't working and closed down. Mattresses and bedding all stained and our room had no hot water and our feet and socks were black from floor. Area was rough not an area for a woman and child to go alone thankfully my spouse was with us. Check-Out was a rask waited for staff whom was in bathroom for 15 minutes and came out without washing hands. Definitely would not stay again. Also left side was long term with not best class of people if you get my drift!

The couple that own the hotel was very nice. Everything was clean,the owner tried to stay on top of staff making sure of cleaness and pool being clean. He had to let staff go when we was there but replaced them the next day. The lady who cleaned the pool her boys thru rocks all in the pool but he removed them before we went to the pool the next day. The rocks were not in the pool until the day she was cleaning the pool with her 2 boys. That was uncomfortable stepping on rocks. The outside does need some tlc,more grooming and fixing done on by the pool and the bridge. Overall staff was nice,rooms was clean,bed was comfortable, pet friendly and free continental breakfast was good.

This place updated and cleaned up and painted the swimming pool was absolutely horrible was not able to even get in we were traveling family with our granddaughter could even enjoy anything about the place pictures are not what the place is !!

It was close to the freeway.

Pictures were completely deceiving. Tub was filthy. Room was filthy. Two of our family members were bitten by bugs in the night. We woke up to the smell of weed every morning. Microwave did not work.

Rooms were clean but exterior was terrible

I knew when we pulled in it was a mistake! Not clean, but CHEAP, and it shows! Laminate floor coming up by bathroom because the shower leaks. No hair dryer or iron. Just a LOW BUDGET HOTEL !!!

Room had bugs on ceiling. Manager insisted on changing my room opposed to giving a refund. Room also smelled of smoke. We were very unhappy with services.

Stayed here a few times now and always been had a good experience. The staff was always friendly and on top of things.

Breakfast was not ready at 6am. Towels were dirty, room was smelly

Do not go to this hotel. There were people around the rooms on the outside smoking weed. Roaches in the room. It was dirty. They said that they couldn't do anything about the people smoking weed on his property.

The most enjoyable thing about this hotel was this one lady that worked during the night. She was always nice and helpful also quick with check in. The things I wish they worked on were having more of a variety of breakfast

I have stayed here several times. I am always greeted warmly, given access to an ESA pet friendly room promptly without any hassle, and given fresh coffee when requested. I will stay here when in the area again.

Needed a sleep and leave room. This fit my need. Major benefit was quick breakfast before moving on.
