Great variety!

Friendly, warm staff. Clean room. LOVE they've eliminated carpeting in these mid-range hotels...so much cleaner. Great bed. Giant TV, refrigerator, ice-cold AC. Clean breakfast area and good, free breakfast.

Staff was nice, good breakfast options. Our AC was really loud, and we found a dirty towel folded in with our clean ones.

Friendly at front desj. Gave us water for our trip. Loved the oojie

Shower pressure was a trickle. Could not take shower. Hallways were dirty. Needed to plug in an item and behind night table was very dirty. Very disappointed in high rating for this place.

Reasonable price for pet. Very friendly staff. Nice clean room.

Friendly, convenient and good price

The hotel is right off the highway but is quiet, there’s a few restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance, the rooms were clean, bathroom was clean and pool/fitness area were both nice. Ms. Steph, the overnight/early morning front desk attendant is THE BEST!

We stopped just for the night as a halfway point of our trip. First, the high points: -Trevor, at check in, was friendly -Bed/pillows were comfortable Low points: -The whole building generally needs updating. Common area around the front desk looked newish, but hallways and our room (139) need an overhaul. -Specific improvements: Bathroom had a clogged sink and shower drain. Bathroom drop ceiling tiles were dirty/moldy. Sink in the bathroom was cracked—the entire bathroom pretty much needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Walls in the rest of the room look like they haven’t been dusted for a while. Room wasn’t well lit (which maybe was a good thing) If you end up stopping in London, KY, I would suggest a different hotel, but definitely head to the little downtown and stop at *LOCAL HONEY* for a meal. We had the best dinner of our trip there!

The only negative I have is the construction on the road out front. It is not easy to get in and out of the drive. This is not their fault. The rooms have been updated.

The room was cool, clean, and recently renovated. The bed and bedding were comfortable. It was just what two weary travelers needed for a great night's rest! I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.

We had a funeral to go to. Booked a quick 2 day stay here. Everything was good. We also stayed 2 night back in April, so we are repeat customers.

Nothing is better than walking into an establishment and seeing the cleanliness. Good aroma upon entry, staff attentive and informative.

After taking the 6.5 hour redeye from Anchorage to Chicago and "losing" four hours with the time zones, then driving roughly five hours from Chicago to Loncon, Ky., all I wanted was a nice place to SLEEP. I got SO MUCH MORE! Check-in was easy, very friendly, and even a couple of fresh-baked cookies. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. My bed was so fresh and comfortable. A/C was great. And quiet! I slept great and breakfast was a really good! The parting gift given to me was amazing! And "no," I'm not going to tell. One of the VERY BE$T values in my over a half million miles of road travel. I definitely WILL be back!

The young lady at the counter was the most polite and friendly hotel staff member I have ever encountered and I stay frequently in hotels. She was the same as she was in April when we stayed for a weekend. She is a very good asset to your team!

Just a highway stop, but we were impressed by the complimentary cookies at check in and the ‘farewell’ bottle of water. Nicely updated room with great shower. Quiet! Great value for price.
