The staff was great they welcomed me and my family offered us some coffee as we walked in they were super friendly.when I asked for something there was someone there to help right away the rooms are beautiful and really clean I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is an okay place to crash for a day. Staff are friendly and courteous. Would stay again.

My Room was very dirty, furnitures old and broken. Towels very dirty, 1 tiny bar soap, carpet mold smell.. 2 nights I bear it because it was close to an event I flew in from NY to attend. DEFINITELY will not stay again!! Hope they renovate because the location is central. All the best

One of the best hotels in Florida City

I paid 167 dollars for a dump. So outdated with bedspreads, nothing like the picture. There was hair on my pillows and in the bed. I got there at 130 in the am and had nowhere else to go. There were also small cockroaches in the bathroom when I turned on the light.

I was presently surprised with the facility. Check in eas easy, and staff was friendly. Room was clean, and smelled fresh. ( Freshners theought building) The inly downside was when i got into my room, there was TP, and only 1 yowel, and wash cloth.

Room was terrible, wet funky bathroom. Not enough linens and poor customer service. I will not be staying at anymore of these hotels

My wife and I enjoyed being so close to the National Parks, and the location was ideal for our planned outings. However, the listing from the hotel says that housekeeping would be done daily, and it is not. We were told it would housekeeping is only done every three days, which isn't unusual - but just isn't what the listing said. When we arrived in our room, there weren't any hand towels or wash clothes, and the one bed's sheets were visibly dirty. The staff were nice about setting us up with housekeeping the next day. It was an affordable accommodation, but the overall situation wasn't what we were expecting.

Place is dated and not overly clean. Bed sheets stained and mattress has seen better days. Hand towels, bath towels and wash cloths sparingly supplied if requested. No cups in rooms. Coffee maker included but glass carafe missing.

While the room may look a little worn it was quite clean and comfortable. Very nice for the price and attractive from the outside.

Escolhi pela localização, o que foi o único ponto positivo. Quarto com carpete tão sujo e mal cheiroso que não conseguíamos dormir, se você tem algum problema respiratório como asma ou rinite, fuja. O ralo da banheira estava entupido, havia um chumaço de cabelos, banheiro sujo, mas o pior foi que tínhamos uma reserva para 4 pessoas e só foi disponibilizado 2 toalhas de banho, e ao pedir mais 2 a atendente foi grosseira e não nos deu, tínhamos que usar as duas e ir trocar na recepção por outras duas secas, um absurdo, em uma das vezes, na recepção havia hóspede brigando porque não havia papel higiênico e não queriam repor, recepcionistas despreparadas e mal educadas, enxoval de baixa qualidade, uma completa decepção.

Room and hallway was filthy. No housekeeping, no elevator, no breakfast.

This is a very dirty and not well maintained hotel that shouldn't cost as much as it does. Rude, disinterested staff and things in the room falling apart or not cleaned. Will not return.

Hotel was perfect for our Nascar Race Weekend - was in a convenient spot (less than 6 miles from the track) Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Certain things should be updated/upgraded - we stayed in Room 236. Bathtub definitely needed a Bathmat or stickers so that you wouldn't slip and tissues and a "do Not Disturb" sign would have been helpful. The light by the bed by the window did not work - But all in all - we had an enjoyable visit - was grateful that the parking lot was well lit - I could see my vehicle from the room. Hotel is centrally located with restaurants close (even walking distance) Hotel was nice & clean which is always a plus

Nice hotel. Nice people. Conveniently located. Close to Everglades National Park, short ride to the Keys. Away from the hustle of Miami.

I was told in the last minute that there’s was no room available due to a water leak. Then I was put an a Ecolodge which is a downgrade. Tv did not work a couch with no Cushing dated hotel. Had to pay cash for the remote control. Was not a pleasant experience.
