Knats in kitchen sink, leaking air conditioner, smoke alarm battery went off in middle of night,

Great location. Central to Capistrano- San Clemente. Right across from the beach. Really nice updated rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I came for a 2 day visit. We were told this place is a time-share when we checked in. We needed to change rooms and that was good. The first night we had a front ocean room and the second night we had a back hillside view. We liked the back room the best. The back bathroom did have a very short toilet. I’m 5’ 8”. We liked that there were bbq’s on the patio of both rooms, they have them on every patio. Because this place is a time share everything you need is in the room. Silverware, plates, glasses, bbq utensils, pans, casserole, strainer, wine opener, extra sheets and towels already in the room. Very nice place. We will come back.

Staying at Surfside Inn felt like we were home with all its comforts.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a home away from home feel.

The hotel was amazing very comfortable and offered a full kitchen and two bedrooms and balcony with a grill. The beach is directly across the street. Great location and grocery store not far. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

They had everything we needed, it was a beautiful location, and we enjoyed every minute!

My boyfriend and I were excited to try this hotel out for my birthday week and he fell violently ill on the day of. I had to take him to the ER and he was in the hospital for a few days. The manager finally called me back after trying to get in touch for 3 days to see if I could reschedule. She denied my request and the hotel is trying to take my money still even though I didn't stay there. We will never stay there now. I've been in customer service for 28 yrs and that's not how you treat people. Would not recommend this place.

We stayed here because we were meeting up with family. The people at the front desk were not only very professional, but very accommodating. They gave us a room next door to our grandkids which made it so much fun! My husband is disabled and they were so kind and understanding in little ways that made a big difference. Our unit was immaculate, with everything we needed, including kitchen furnishings. The pool and spa were lovely and well kept. Thanks for a great experience!

Location was great.

Mattress was hard and needs to be replaced. The tub was oversized with no jets and no light in the shower area and the couch was old needs to be replaced..

Excelente estadia frente mar. Apartamento todo equipado, churrasqueira na sacada com vista para o Sunset. Ótimo atendimento. Indicado o passeio com a bike oferecida pelo resort. A localização exige carro para restaurantes e mercados, mas bem perto de San Clemente. O custo e benefício foi excelente.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away.

Great stay. Lots of space and recent updates done.

Check-in procedure was odd and inconvenient.

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt

Great stay for our quick trip. Loved the free bikes for touring Dana Pt , good access the beach, but you have to walk across a pedestrian bridge over the train tracks- not as bad as it sounds. Price was high, mainly due to the music festival. Room was clean, cozy and nice to have a full kitchen.
