Best location to stay for the price if you are visiting the Aquarium or Zoo. It was a quick drive to both. The Hotel itself was outdated and could use a facelift but it was clean. The kids loved the pool. For Breakfast they served Eggs and they rotated between bacon and sausage. Also had a waffle maker, cereal and bagels. If the Company that owned the place would spend money to remodel and upgrade it then it would got higher scores.

The hotel was close to interstate roads. There were several places to eat nearby, one an excellent Indian restaurant. The carpet in the hallways was old and shabby. On the 2nd floor there were stains on the carpet. The floor of the elevator was unswept; the rug, unvacuumed. Breakfast had eggs that I suspect were reconstituted dried product. As I have a gluten allergy, I could not eat them fearing they might not be gluten-free. There were no other gluten-free, nor any dairy-free, options. This is unacceptable in a time when more and more people require allergen-free foods.

Next door is a movie theater, Mellow mushroom and Dairy Queen were in walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent Expedia charged a lot more than I could have paid with booking direct with the motel, That was a little upsetting

The breakfast was good, you can make your own waffles and they have eggs and bacon on the ready. The bacon tastes good and I really enjoyed the orange and apple juice. I also liked my room because my room was in like a corner pocket so I really felt like I had more privacy. Plus it was very quiet and relaxing. I overall enjoyed my stay. Plus there’s a movie theater and a few food places right next store, so you have stuff to do. Plus your not so far from Ohio

Bed and pillows were very cozy and clean. With that said, like most hotels cleaniness is hard to achieve due most likely to the turn over time. The bed frame at the head of the frame had not been vacuumed in some time. Hair, dust and other unidentifiable stuff lay in the crevices. Also along the wall behind the night stand was some unidentified white crusty stuff that i just ignored but creeped me out. Truly, other than that the room and facilities were great.

The staff was helpful and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient location to get downtown. Great value

Overall, our stay was comfortable, unfortunately, our pull out couch had a clean sheet, but the items in the closet which included a pillow and blanket for the pullout couch were both dirty. And the night that we arrived, our room was so cold we had to put on the heater. The thermostat was set at 52 degrees in July. Housekeeping did not come the first day we were there, even though we did not have a sign up that we did not want to be disturbed. When housekeeping did come, they refreshed our towels and changed our trash bags, but did not make our beds, having our beds made would have been a nice addition to our stay. The coffee was really good that was offered in the lobby. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet and friendly property about 10-12 min from Newport aquarium and 15-20 from downtown Cincy. Indoor pool open until 11pm and was never crowded. We were the only one there majority of the time. The breakfast was decent. Eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, fresh waffles and waffle maker, fruit, juices like apple and orange juice and an assortment of cereals. Movie theatre, Dairy Queen and Thortons all in walking distance.

The hotel and area was a little dated. It was also isolated and bit of a drive to get to other places, but easy access to the highway where you needed to go for those places.

We stay at this Comfort Inn on a regular basis when traveling through the area. It has been reliable in what it has to offer, and the shower pressure is the best!

The Comfort Inn was well located and easy to get to. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean; beds were comfortable. Good value for the price.

This is our second time staying here and we will be back. The staff is wonderful the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable breakfast is good. We have only had one slight issue and that was with the toilet not wanting to flush

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and had plenty of space. We appreciated having such a nice fridge. The size of the shower was excellent.

Easy check in, room was nice and as expected. The pool was open for the kids to swim in and the breakfast was as expected, hot and refreshed when needed.

Great stay, clean and quiet.

Staff at check-in was pleasant and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways and elevator needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was horrible.
