We had a quick trip, only thing they do have airport shuttle that comes. But the driver did pass us when we were waiting and didn’t stop to see if we were for the hotel

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We needed to stay only one day in Miami. It was a pretty good location easy to get to restaurants. They offered drinks as well as breakfast and that was a nice touch. The only thing is due to the large eating area and restaurant area. The noise from that area carried into the rooms late at night.

I felt SAFE…. This is a VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME HAS MOM AND A SINGLE MOM AT THAT…. Great breakfast and variety options… staff were kind and respectful… check ins during my stay …. My family loved it ….. I stayed at embassy suits in Troy a while back so no hesitations to book them in Miami for a first time ……✨✨✨✨✨✨

Room was great large good tv choices clean and well furnished. Checkin did not have enough staff and took much too long. In the evening they had the worst singer I have ever heard and it was so loud you could hear in all the rooms. We will not stay here again.

The elevator certainly needs to be repaired. Only one working on the 502 side, it took over 15 minutes to get our suitcases down in order to get our ride to the airport. Not at all convenient. Also, the free drinks in the afternoon were great, but more care should be given to the food area. There were no plastic coverings to keep the food from public contamination.
