Roaches and no remote

Basically a dirty hotel throughout,roaches all around the room with holes in the foundation of the building.

Don't want to talk about it

Soon as i unlocked the door & turned on the lights, there was a cluster of tiny baby german roaches on the floor and crawling on the wall. I was flabbergasted! I didnt go past the front door. I had two kids with me and i would not allow them to step foot in that nasty room with their belongings! I immediately went to the front desk with pictures & videos and the manager seemed to not care at all. All he said was that i booked with third party & that i have to take my issues up with them. Reached out to hotels.com customer support, & of course i could not get a reimbursement. Highly DO NOT recommend this hotel at all especially if you are traveling with family ***the pictures i post are all different roaches lol, not the same one.***

It was horrible roaches in the room bed was nasty everything was bad and to top it off I didn't get a refund cuz it an 1 hr past the time I checked in don't stay here it is the worst...

This isn’t for a family ..unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews but whatever you do DONT book here ! Not a safe or clean place at all !

Disgusting. The pictures on the app are not pics of the property. We checked out as soon as we saw the bugs in the room and how filthy it was. Holes in the walls broken fixtures and the entire place smelled horrible.

Nats everywhere lights didnt work by sink roches everywhere bugs wont return back again

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my complete outrage and demand a full and immediate refund after the appalling conditions we experienced during our stay at your hotel on the night june 20. From the start, the experience was unacceptable. The first room assigned to us was infested with live cockroaches and had visible blood stains on the bedding and furniture. To make matters worse, I was woken up in the middle of the night by a cockroach crawling on me in bed. When I turned on the light, several more were visibly moving around the room. We asked to be moved — and were transferred to a second room. Same issue. Then a third. Again, infested. A fourth room followed — still no improvement. Every single room we were given had the same cockroach infestation. It’s shocking and disgraceful. At that point, we had no choice but to leave the hotel entirely in the middle of the night and find emergency accommodation elsewhere. This caused us to incur unexpected additional expenses, which were not part of our travel budget. As a direct result, we had to cancel other plans and activities we had scheduled, simply because your hotel failed to provide even basic livable conditions. This was not just inconvenient — it was extremely stressful, upsetting, and costly. I am attaching photographic evidence of the infestation and the blood stains, which speak for themselves. Given everything we went through, I am demanding a full and urgent refund, and I expect your respons

Nothing at all was positive. A filthy roach motel!!

They charge a $20;late wouldn't let me check in if I didn't pay late charge cockroach got in bed while I sleep
