We booked a room with a king bed. They gave us a room with two double beds. There were 2 dirty washcloths on the shower bar in our room. I told the front desk. I was told they would inform the head housekeeper. Nothing was done. I complained to a quality control person, they said it would taken with. Long story short, we we checked out this morning the washcloths were still there.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and suitable. Only discrepancy, I booked a patio room which at first sight was nice but... unfortunately while sitting outside on it, all you could hear was everyones air-conditioners. Not bad maybe, but they were so loud and rattling... it was all consuming when trying to relax. In turn, I sought out their public outdoor areas which are very nice. Great breakfast, different items back to back days. I'd stay again but not upgrade to patio room.

The floors in our rooms were particularly dirty. The carpet left brown marks on my infants knees and feet from crawling. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty with red fluid drops that were dried on. Hallways were hot and stuffy, not comfortable.
