The price and room perfectly, my room is pet friendly room. We are stayed 3 nights, nothing gets problems with us. My room is in front of place that I can take my dog to go outside. Quiet and close everything in down town.

The rooms were in pretty bad shape. We had 3 rooms to ourselves and only one room was as per amenities.
One room had issues with the maine room door lock and We had to use a physical key and that too didn't work most of the time. The bathroom door lock did not work. The staff initially said they will switch us to another room (king) but then (as per the staff) the GM said we cannot do that.
Other room did not have the fridge, coffee maker, etc. that should've been part of the room as per amenities. The rooms that had the fridge weren't of any use either because the fridge didn't work.

Room was very clean and spacious, but the air hadn't been turned on, so it was hot when we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent-- close enough to all of the things we wanted to do, but not so close as to be overly noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathtub had hair in tub , side table drawer had tobacco or some kind of remnants in it , tv didn’t work , room wasn’t ready when came to check in when we came back office staff was in the pool had to call to get room key , employees outside smoking weed just not wasn’t happy at all and wouldn’t recommend

Room had everything promised and working. Easy access to outside for smoking. Continental breakfast was really good, several choices. (Pet area available). The view was the only let down, tucked in the trees but was able to walk around 3 sides and see other things. We will stay again our next trip to Branson.

Best bang for the buck in Branson. This is our regular go to for years and no I do not know the owners. The sign said new owners and it looked like the rooms had been refreshed with new bath fixtures, carpet, and furniture. Will be back.

STAY AWAY!!! This motel has gone down hill. It has always been dated but now it is dirty and dated. We had stayed here several times in the past and it was fine. This time there were dead bugs all over our room. One of which was on the bed. I told the lady at the front desk and she was kind and told me that it was under new management and she has only been there about a week. We stayed the first night because we got back late and there weren’t many other options since it was a busy fall break weekend but checked out the next morning instead of staying the second night and were refused a refund for the night we didn’t stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being close to everything, without being on the main strip and dealing with all the traffic. The room was dated, but very clean and everything worked fine. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We'll be back.

Staff was very friendly and did everything to make the stay good. They were about the only positive besides the room was very clean. The beds were terrible and worn down. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast did not have many choices on it so we wound up going out for breakfast. Definitely need some updating.
