We loved the location on the river, we were somewhat upset because the deadbolt on the door would not lock. It was quiet even though there were a lot of people there. The staff was friendly and helpful We were not able to lock the deadbolt, that was troubling

No breakfast. Charged me extra for 3 people when my rate was 80 bucks

Overall, I like this place, but it’s starting to go downhill. The room should be cleaner. Stray hairs on the vanity, loose toilet seat, paint chipped and peeling in the shower, and mold on the shower curtain. A quick damp mopping of the floor between guests (with detergent…not just water) should be the norm. Your socks shouldn’t get dirty from walking across the room. While there is a coffee maker, they use coffee pre packaged in a filter bag. If you want to use your own coffee, you need to bring coffee filters.

Older hotel. No weird smells or anything to make u feel uneasy that usually accompany an older hotel. I feel it's a good value for the area! Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

The beds had hair and stains. Very uncomfortable.

The location is convenient to Dale Hollow State Park and very close to town. We stayed for five nights for a fishing trip, so we spent very little time at the motel. The property was suitable for our needs.

This property is pretty run down and not at the standard that we are used to; however the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The view of the river from the upper floor is nice, and the IGA grocery store is right next door in case you need anything. The room smelled musty when we first arrived, but we aired it out and then it was fine. We had plenty of towels and also a fridge and microwave, but the pillows and bedding were old and it was hard to find the right temperature for the a/c. You would think that a small town in Kentucky would be beautiful, but Burkesville, just isn't... everything here was pretty average.

The room smelled like pot smoke so we turned the air on and went to eat. When we got back it was even worse. Sheets looked nasty so we checked out. No refund. This hotel should be taken off your list

It’s a great place to stay

AVOID THIS PLACE. Third-world accommodations. Mold on walls, mildew, and dirty shower curtains. Walls are falling apart, dirty towels, and a dirty mattress. All towel bars are falling off the walls, and there is rust on all light fixtures. We did not stay the second night we had booked—they offer ZERO refunds for ANY reason, so they know it's pathetic and don't care.

Not clean

I stayed at The Riverfront from last Saturday evening til this morning (Tue). The gentleman who was “on duty” during my stay was very polite and very nice. Thank you, Thomas Hughes

Average overall, would stay again

It could be upgraded just a bit but everyone was so kind and it was clean when we came in. Perfect for a small getaway for a low rate.
