몬디알 호텔 후에

전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 다낭역에서도 도보로 이동 가능하고, 근처에 음식점들도 많고 시설도 괜찮았습니다.

직원들의 친철함속에 잘 쉬었습니다.

꽤 오래된 호텔임에도 워낙 관리가 잘되서 무척 깨끗하며 호텔리어들의 매너도 수준급이었다. 비싼 금액의 어설픈 5성급 호텔보다 오히려 좋았다. 상당히 쾌적했으며 인상적이었다. 조식 부페식 메뉴도 다양하고 정성스러웠다. 계속 연장해서 묵기로 했다. 입실하면 곧 매니저가 바나나 2개를 가져와 선물하는 등 위트있는 잔잔한 재미도 있었다. ^^

We had a lovely stay at Mondial Hotel and would happily return on our next visit to Hue. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff — they are exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they were always making sure we had everything we needed, offering service with genuine warmth and care. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities. One thing to note is that irons are not provided in the rooms due to hotel policy, but they do offer an ironing service for a fee, which is a helpful alternative. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from and a generous selection of both hot and cold drinks. It was a great way to start each day. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in our shower was very low, and the temperature control was quite extreme — switching from cold to hot too suddenly, making it difficult to find a comfortable setting. These are small but important details that affected our overall comfort and are the main reasons we couldn’t give a full five-star rating. That said, the overall experience was very positive, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and service. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Hue.

施設が古いのが難点

The restaurant manager at breakfast was fantastic...we re vegetarian and he went out of his way to make sure my 2 boys had what they wanted .. he even got the chef to make vegetarian pho for my son...great guy

Allt var utmärkt på hotellet utan läget. Långt bort från restauranger och sevärdheter.

Quiet location but still in walking distance to everything. If you like walking.

Very accommodating stay from the hotel managers and staffs. Highly recommended when you are in Hue, Vietnam. My family will definitely stay at Mondial Hotel next time we are in Hue. Huge thanks, Mondial Hotel Hue. Much love.

we booked 5 rooms at the same date at Hotel.com. this hotel receptionist asked me more money for the kids breakfast , if was fine , but I told them not everyone want to have breakfast , they needs sleep late. but the hotel still charged the 3 person breakfast fee. but i told him we have 5 people want to sleep late, they don't go to restuarant have breakfast, he answer that . you need to paid!

Very bad service!!!

Very bad service for local (vietnamese) guestes

I was on the 3rd floor and there was very little sound proofing. Other guests kept me up to midnight and some guests plus hotel staff were making a lot of noise outside my room from 6am. The beds also weren't comfortable.

Le personnel est très gentil, les installations sont correctes, je dirais un 3 étoiles. Malheureusement, notre chambre était directement en dessous des salles de réception et il y avait un party donc tous les murs de notre chambre vibraient avec la musique. Nous pouvions même entendre les gens parler et chanter. Heureusement, le party n’a pas fini trop tard.

First visit to Hue and this hotel is central location a very good choice. Smooth check in . Very large room with refrigerator and property safe. Great shower and bed very comfortable. Definitely have the breakfast on 9th floor with eggs made to order and extras. Also the coffee bar of choices. Convenient ATM in lobby which I used with no issues. Visiting Hue consider this hotel. Everything is great!

Staff were super helpful and spoke good English. Would 100% stay again. Great breakfast. Pool area nice. Big room.
