Nice family run hotel in Ninh Binh. Friendly, walkable to the train station, breakfast included, and secured motorcycle within the hotel grounds. Very reasonably priced for a 1 night stopover and short sightseeing.

Great place!

L’etablissement est situe dans in endroit calme. Le propriétaire pratique des tarifs excessifs pour les services proposés. J’ai payé par exemple 60000 Dong le kilo pour laver du linge, j’avais 3,5 kg, donc plus de 200000 dong pour du linge que je n’ai pas retrouvé plié et pas tout à fait sec. Alors que 2 jours plus tard je redemandais de la fer mon linge a Hue dans l’hôtel où je me trouvais et là le tarif était de 25000 dong le kilo avec du linge qui sentait bon pliés et bien sec Pareil pour le taxi il me proposait 150000 dong pour m’apporter à tam coc alors que le taxi coûte 88000 dong. Bien pour dormir mais pas pour les à côté

Sejour d’une nuit en famille. Bon accueil des gérants de l’hôtel. Décoration du hall et des chambres très froide. Propreté de la salle de bain et des couettes un peu limite. Literie un peu raide mais correcte. Pour une nuit, ça fait le job !

Super nice owners, helped us with everything! The room was big and clean and the location was also good. We can only recommend staying here!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast. We had to sort out our bed covers as they were in a closet in the room and they unfortunately were not as clean as we had hoped. In the Minibar the guests before us left some milkshake which was there when we did check in. But we did enjoy the stay still.

Everything was great during our stay! We really enjoyed our time in Ninh Binh and in Xuan Hoa hotel. Great location, comfortable and clean room, amazing breakfast and lovely owners. Thank you for your hospitality Xuan and Hoa!

La struttura era discreta in rapporto al prezzo ed il proprietario molto disponibile e collaborativo. Purtroppo la tv catodica non funzionava, le tubature dei bagni primordiali a vista, la camera non è stata rifatta e la colazione molto scadente. La mia camera non aveva finestra esterna ma in un corridoio

With Xuan and Hoa we felt immediately a warm welcome both gracious and friendly hosts. We enjoyed their company immensely. The hotel is very well situated centrally but in a quiet spot buy a small lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable and was much preferable to stay there then Tam coc. That have many returning guests and it is obvious why. Loved it.

The family that owns this hotel are the sweetest people on earth. Check in was so smooth. They were more than ready to be of service and had great suggestions for tours to do around the area. Our room was very spacious, beds are so comfortable.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil ! Le lieu est sympa et chaleureux. À chambre a répondu à nos attentes. Nous recommandons ces hôtes.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied d'une zone achalandée, mais ça n'empêche aucunement l'endroit d'être calme. La nourriture est bonne et abordable. Le matelas était trop ferme pour nous, mais la chambre est propre. Les hôtes du Xoan Hoa sont généreux et très sympathiques. Ils sont toujours prêts à vous aider dans l'organisation de vos journées.

Un lugar muy agradable y familiar.El ambiente es muy casero y cercano,la comida es excelente y los precios muy convenientes.Disponen de alquiler de bicicleta,motos y de tours en coche.Hemos ido en temporada baja,así que había pocos huéspedes.De todas maneras,Ninh Bihn no tiene muchos atractivos,si no que lo mejor está en los alrededores

The family at the hotel great very welcoming helpful made me feel part of the family .would no hesitate to recommend this place quiet relaxing not far from the city 5 Mon walk.

Hôtel typique du Vietnam, propre et très accueillant. Les propriétaires de l’hôtel sont des gens admirables, serviables qui feront tout leur possible pour vous rendre un séjour inoubliable. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel. A conseiller.

We arrived to a warm welcome, and it is a lovely hotel, basic decor but homely and clean, we were on the 4th floor with lovely balcony with view over to the small lake. Breakfast was in the other hotel yards down the road and was freshly cooked to order. The owner and his family were very kind and helpful. Using the rental bikes was easy to get around the area, to Hang Mua, dragon mountain, Tam coc, Bich dong pagoda and Trang An. When we checked out, a taxi was called for us and we were given such a warm send off by the family, would recommend as such great value and good location would recommend Trung Tuyet restaurant, about 15 minutes walk away, also Chookies was good.
