깨끗하고 잘 정리되어있어서 좋았습니다. 공항 셔틀도 편리하고요. 공항이용 하실분들께 강추합니다

The place was okay/ decent. The breakfast had variety and was ok. I like all the egg options. It was clean and the staff were nice. We had a handle break in the bathroom, we were missing towels and the brought small hand towels. One of the elevators was broken so there was a long wait. The gym was nice and they allowed us a late checkout without penalty.

Nice place to stay. Only one elevator worked. Only downside

At first I was a bit underwhelmed by the basic appearance of everything but once I got over myself (lol) I was very impressed how comfortable everything was and how well everything worked in the room. New shower, great lighting and very comfortable bed! Complimentary breakfast was great also.

Good

Good hotel, a typical traditional airport hotel in the US. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were very good, clean, and modern. The only thing, as is common in US hotels, is the carpet, which was extremely dirty. I don't understand why they don't replace it and install a different type of flooring.

Nice place but parking lot too small so it was hard to find a place to park

The room was very nice and clean. However, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There was no milk and the bananas were brown and mushy. The selection was poor. The coffee was good.

Positive - Nice room. Negative - Elevator is not working.

All was very good upon arrival but little food is available most of the day. Also, staff is limited in early morning to assist a handicapped person get moving to airport .

Surroundings and limited parking

There was a big issue during our stay. The hotel was unable to provide us keys to our room (...at all) and had to get an employee to let us in every time we returned. They said this was because they were in the middle of re-keying all of the rooms. The employees were very nice and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, but it was still weird and inconvenient. When we returned from being out all day, we had to stand in a very long line to talk to the front desk and get someone to bring us upstairs. Parking was extremely limited, stressful to the point that I might avoid renting a car if I return. The airport shuttle was convenient, but when we used it was running late and in very high demand. Positives: it was very clean and it was affordable.

Checking in couldn’t find my prepaid reservation. No internet. Called three times about it and they gave me phone number that wasn’t working. Never did have internet
