4명 예약을 했는데 쇼파 베드용 침구류가. 준비되지를 않았고. 타윌도 2인분만 갖취. 있어서 지내기에 불편을 느낌 나머지는 보통 이상

조용한 곳입니다

3년째 가는데. 점점 지저분 해집니다

Very good place to shop grocery and something, Shopping center is located just across from hotel. Also kitchen is convenience to cook for meal even they serve continental breakfast.

오래된 방 냄새가 좀 좋지 않았지만 넓은 공간은 마음에 들어요. 직원들은 그리 친절하지 않고 조식은 그럭저럭입니다. 가장 큰 장점은 동네가 조용하고 바로 앞에 매우 큰 쇼핑센터가 있다는 점입니다. 가격대비 추천합니다.

숙박하면서도 간단한 쇼핑을 수 있는 즐길 수 있는 호텔이었음. 그러나 샤워실과 객실의 비품에 대한 청결이 기대에 미치지 못하였음.

그다지 큰 불편함은 못느꼇으며 가격 대비 좋은 곳으로 편가한다, 직원들 또 한 물어보면은 열심히 알아봐주고 하였으며 조식또한 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었다, 와이파이가 정말 잘되어 있었다.

오래된 가구에서 냄새가 났어요. 그 냄새를 가리려 향수를 뿌려놓은거 같았는데 두가지 냄새가 합쳐져 도저히 참기 힘들었어요. 하룻밤만 잤길 다행이었어요. 쓰레기통도 비워져 있지 않고. 저는 별로 점수를 주고 싶지 않습니다.

전체적으로 편안하고 좋았습니다. 앞에 몰이 있어서 편리하기도 했구요~

두세명에 지내기에 넓고 조용한편임. 바로 옆에 샤핑센터가 있어서 편리함. 오클랜드 공항과 가까움.

가족이 함께 사용했는데 샌프란시스코 접근성도 좋고 상대적으로 저렴한 가격이어서 만족 했어요

조금 추웠습니다. 히터를 틀었더니 잠 잘때 시끄러웠고 .. 다른 것들은 좋았습니다

Needs upgrade

Need to update furniture especially Tv and bed and it not a breakfast it continental break fast danish oatmeal cereal

I cannot make this up, we checked in and then checked out within 15 minutes. At first I thought the other bad reviews were exaggerated, but when I got here myself it was as bad as they say. The carpets are HEAVILY stained. There is a heavy heavy musky old smell when you first enter your room. Furniture was scratched up and we were missing a drawer. One of the bedside lamp light bulb was out. Everything was very outdated and didn't seem to have been updated since the late 80s/early 90s. I started feeling itchy just sitting on their bed. We immediately booked to another hotel, paid double because we needed to have a good night sleep. We told the front desk that we can't stay here and they didn't even ask why... so I assume this happens quiet often. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it's a really good location as it's right across from a mall that has Marugame Udon and other restaurants and stores like Diaso Japan. But would NOT recommend anybody staying here. Staff was very unfriendly, hotel room was questionable and super outdated, and felt very unsafe if I had to actually stay here overnight.

Keys didn’t work to the room twice and it was a long walk from the lobby to the room - however they finally upgraded the room for the hassle and it was a nice experience in the end

My room stunk so bad… I couldn’t stay!!! Soooo bad! I opened the windows, bought febreeze… then just checked out!!!

Staff was very friendly and accommodated us very well. The only issue was the bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent.

It was dirty. There were no vending machines. We had to switch rooms due to the televisions not working. Some lights didn't work.
