It was good!

조식이 안좋고 좁아서 불편해요. 객실내에서 다른 방괴 연결할 수 있는 문이 있는데, 그 문때문에 방음이 안되요. 옆 방 사람들이 시끄러워서 새벽에 잠을 잘 못잤어요.

나이아가라 근처에 있는 호텔은 비싸서 주변으로 알아보다가 이 호텔이 저렴해서 알아봤는데 나이아가라 클루즈 타는 곳까지 15분(1km) 정도 밖에 걸리지 않아서 결정하게 되었습니다!! 또한, 클리프턴 힐까지도 10분(700m)정도 걸리고, 스카이론 타워도 8분(600m) 정도면 도착합니다! 그리고 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨습니다. -> 화장실이 깨끗하고 드라이어 바람세기도 좋고, 화장실에 수건도 2박 정도 사용할 양이 배치되어있었습니다. 다만, 샤워호스가 없고 천장에 매달려 있어 한국인으로서는 조금 불편했습니다. -> 깨끗하고 푹신해서 좋았습니다. -> 한국은 천장에 냉난방시설이 설치되어있지만 이곳은 라디에이터가 설치되어있습니다. 그렇지만 난방이 잘되어서 따뜻하게 잤습니다. -> 천장에 조명이 설치되어 있지 않아서 당황했는데 티비 옆, 책상 위, 침대탁자 위 2개가 설치되어 있고 이 중 두 개만 켜도 밝았습니다!! -> 냉장고가 없습니다.

The front was very friendly. We booked a heart shape jacuzzi room, which is the most expensive room. When we entered our room, we found that the jacuzzi was dirty, which was cleaned by the staff after we complained. And, there is no microwave or a small fridge in the room. And, our was quite noisy with the doors slamming and the motorcycles brooming. Free breakfast was horrible: no more scamble eggs or bacon. Parking is another additional $18/day. The plus side is that this hotel location is very good. It is within a walking distance to the Clifton Hill.

Room was clean but no refrigerator. Pool area super clean.

Jayden at the front desk and other ladies were friendly and went beyond to assist me in my stay with family. This hotel is lucky to have these ladies to greet and accommodate your clients. Will go back every year !

Though very busy, and we had a fire alarm, staff was professional and helpful.

Good value for money and good location. Hotel is worth the money and does what it's supposed to. Close to the Falls and most attractions. Good deal.

Price was good, having to pay for parking is ridiculous. Breakfast was lame. Part of the reason o chose this hotel was the breakfast and there was no hot food and nothing healthy about it. Usually the fruit was empty. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No fridge and microwave was a disappointment. The jacuzzi tub was nice. Pool and hot tub were nice and the location of the hotel was perfect!! Very mixed feeling on this stay.

The front desk staffs were not welcoming or pleasant, they didnt made us feel welcome

Vickie and Bansari were amazing. We had an unfortunate situation where things were stolen from my car. Vicki was so helpful and cooperative.

Room is clean…free breakfast, coffee and parking.0

As expected for the price, except was not happy they charged for parking

we enjoyed our stay for the most part , unfortunately we noticed stains on our bedsheets the next morning after checking in, we called for new sheets and left for the day. we left a tip for room service, they came and the next morning we noticed the same stains on the sheets, leading us to believe they were not changed. the staff was friendly and hotel was decent…great location though!
