화장실에서 바퀴벌레가 나오고, 객실이 전반적으로 제대로 청소되지 않음. 공항 앞 호텔이라는 점을 감안해도 매우 부실한 관리 상태임.

공항 가기 편한 곳이라 주 운전자가 원해서 재방문하게 된 호텔이에요. 욕실이 청소가 덜된 것 같았지만 저렴하게 1박 하기는 괜찮아요. 그치만 주차비는 진짜 아까워요ㅎㅎ

Super friendly staff!

Toilet leaked, did not flush, area around hotel was suspect. Front desk is extremely slow. Only stayed one night.

We arrived at 1:30 AM, and the location was quite difficult to find. The woman at the front desk was only somewhat helpful and took 15 minutes to check me in. When I entered the room, I discovered it was full of mold, which immediately triggered my allergies. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, they would not give me a refund and having been awake for 36 hours, I reluctantly decided to stay. This turned out to be a regrettable decision. There was no shampoo or soap to wash my hands with. The towels looked like they where used at a car wash and the beds where stiff with no blankets. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, running like a freight train and shaking the room so violently that it felt as though an earthquake was occurring. To top it off, the hotel charged $43 for parking. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

Ease of traveling and convenience. Great restaurant!

We only stayed one night but found it to be very airport convenient and clean. We did run into some confusion in the way the restaurant worked wiith QR codes - and there was another couple with some sort of issue with the restaurant also.

For a one night stop over this hotel was fine. Shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes from baggage claim. Front desk was quick and friendly. Hotel room was clean and quiet.

Roaches in bathroom, bugs on bed. Band should be in an enclosed area to not disturb guest trying to sleep.

Hotels in Honolulu are so expensive and getting to downtown is also expensive so I chose to stay at the airport for my two nights there. The pool was okay with a limited number of chairs. The $25 “resort” fee is ridiculous. The sign posted at the front desk explains the amenities it covers but they are all things you get for free at every other hotel in the world. The shuttle only goes once an hour even though they are only 3 minutes from the airport which is absurd. I found the staff to be surly and rude. When I asked the pool bar for a cup of ice for my protein shake I was told “there are cups in your room and an ice machine in the hall.” I came to the conclusion that there are a lot of military and government workers staying at this location, some apparently long term, so with the government contract they have no incentive to provide quality service.

The room is clean & the staff are so helpful

The woman checking me in was very efficient and helpful. The room was sufficient, but the beds were not comfortable. The shower did not drain well, and it was a little dingy overall. But it was close to the airport, and that is what we needed.
