Good value, friendly staff.

Staff was super nice at check in, unfortunately the guests were extremely loud, smoking indoors, up at all hours of the night outside of our door. It definitely made me feel unsafe. The rooms are dirty and rusty. I felt uncomfortable even being barefoot in the shower. Do

I liked the convenient location and parking, but the floor carpet was horribly stained and the couch should be tossed.

Understanding staff

This place was absolutely ridiculous.We had to call corporate just to have.Someone can help us in the front where we waited for 15 minutes.And then we get into our room and it was disgusting.There was still s*** on the toilet seat.It was very uncomforting!

Room and property is in need of major repair. My bathroom door had a hole where previous guest punched a hole in it

I was at this place for a week. My room was at the back of the hotel. My first night at this place, I saw a guy with a ski mask on riding an electric scooter, he then got off and quickly ran upstairs. a few minutes later cops showed up, they were parked there for a very long time. Every time I went out during the day or at night there was a heavy police presence, at least 2 cop cars. All through my stay I hardly slept, I was constantly waking up to make sure my car wasn't being vandalized. There were several homeless people activities going on around the place. The inside of the microwave in my room was old, nasty, and gross. The paint was peeling off, it was rusty. It wasn't even working when I turned it on it smelled like a burning electrical part. The had to bring me a new microwave When I took off all the mattress covers for inspection there was dog hair all over the mattress. I don't know why it couldn't be vacuumed or something. The sheets had stains on them. The nightstand drawer was missing the front cover. The A/C unit was beat up. The reception staff were very nice though. The price was not worth it at all.

The pull out couch in my room was completely broken , the microwave stopped working , the plugs stopped working so I couldnt get my phone charged at all. They definitely need to get this place fixed up definitely want a refund

Dirty towels Cigaretts burns in sheets and blanket Couch with ducktape Smelly room Trash under couch I know is a cheap rate but is worse than a Salvation Army location.

Staff were very rude and nosy. Just wouldn't leave us alone.

Looks good on the outsid,but the room I was given wasn't appiling.

My room first key didn’t work then when I got in the room no remote one towel there were roaches in the kitchen and couch had roaches and burn marks my infant could not stay in those conditions it smelled like cigarette smoke from the person below me.

Horrible. Smelly like 15 yr old smoke. Checking out I overheard customers complaining too "room smelled of cat pee".

The room was clean and very basic. There had been some damage to the woodwork where someone had broken into the bathroom and the trim was all broken. When reported to the front desk, response was that it was a common issue. Staff at desk was friendly and helpful. The location was great. We could walk to a park with walking trails. We could walk to a coffee shop and restaurants. It also, on the other hand did not feel safe.

The room was very clean

Television did not work. Office closes early so no help available. Just gross overall.

I booked a room with 2 beds. Got a couch pull out missing a mattress. The finally moved us to a new room. The air didn’t work, the lights were changing off the walls, toilet lid was cracked in 3 pieces and wood glued back together. Stains, dirt, holes, disgusting. When I went back to the desk the “boy” just told me to leave and tried to check me out. It was 12:30 in the morning.

Rooms not clean and lack of staff, extended wait times, no soap in rooms.
