We had a good time me and my family, every time we go to A.C, we love to stay at The claridge. The best part its the bar we really enjoyed. We will return...

Meh. Hotel old and refurbished well enough. What was not good, is that obviously there was some sort of issue with the washers and dryers or lack of staff- our bedroom wasn’t fully made- no pillowcases on the pillows and pillows piled at the end of the bed. Which is fine. We told the front desk. Then we discovered no towels in the bathroom- told the front desk. What was annoying was when we got back to our room, they gave us 5 pillow cases for 6 pillows, and didn’t put them on the pillows…..just bad customer service. It’s easy enough to do- but not the point. Had to call 2 more times for towels, son couldn’t shower at night, and when finally delivered, only 2 towels for 3 guests, and no floor towel for the shower area and all tile so very slippery- so had to put down the hand towel. No tip given. Such a simple fix that could have made it so much better.

Parking wasn't safe as the staircases were dirty and exposed to outside.

Everything was great the only thing u need to update its microwave in the rooms o lobby but other then day 10/10

So many things i was not pleased with.

Spent spring break there it was amazing. I met really good people and had a fun time with a comfortable stay.

They need to renovate the upholstery in the lobby. Cushions were stained and dirty

Room spacious, elevators waited for over 10munutes had to take tge stairs

The beds were comfortable and clean and check in was quick and easy. Outside our room was pretty quiet. The pool was warm, but there was a cockroach in the pool and they didn’t get it out. People were throwing a beach ball around playing a game so the manager shut the entire pool down. They wouldn’t give us towels and when they did they only brought 4, there was 11 people in the pool. Paper towel machine didn’t work and the showers were freezing cold, we are never coming back, I hate bugs.

The room was nice and it had a view of the ocean

Elevators were broken Out of 5 only one or 2 was working Took at least a half hour every time you wanted to go to your room or leave

The pllace was nice and clean the front desk was very professional

There was a roach in our room. There was dried blood on the sheets. There was a broken mirror in the bathroom. The rooftop bar was crowded, staff was overwhelmed and they refused to serve us food. The elevators were HORRIBLE and SLOW. The only good thing was the indoor pool and the Twenties restaurant which we enjoyed.

Property area is still under construction but overall very nice area. Just keep in eye out on the homelessness in some parts of the area
