The listing was not the actual hotel. The listing had a brand new hotel and brand new room posted, and I arrived to a "remodeled" hotel. People smoking marijuana and blaring music all night. Door didn't close properly, AC didn't work properly and was very loud, bathroom was disgusting, I do not recommend staying here.

I didn’t like how dirty it looked and how the worker gave us a key to someone other room

This was the worst hotel. Roaches everywhere ! Smelled like stale cigarettes. We had no blankets only sheets. No towels no rags had to ask the staff for some. Mold on ac unit. Unsafe unclean just terrible experience if I would have known that I would have spent the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

El aire prendido en calor y no se podía monitoriar y no había personal para arreglar/toallas sucias con manchas /el piso muy sucio y con mal olor y el baño con muchos detalles destruido! Antes me quedaba ahí y daba gusto quedarse pero no se que pasó con este hotel omg muy mala experiencia lo único bueno es la localización por que hasta el precio es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen sin contar personas drogadictas deambulando en los pasillos !

Not clean

Malpropre et les demandes n ont pas été faites. Le personnel toujours en arrière et nous sonnons et ils viennent 20 à 30 minutes plus tard

The room didn’t have remote control and No soap, had to get from front desk

The bathroom were oxidated, moldy, covers were dirty. Has tv, kitchen but definitly needs alot of cleaning

WARNING**** THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I'VE EVERY STAY IN. THE BATHROOMS ARE HAVE MOLD THROUGHOUT THE BATHTUB, I SWITCHED TO THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS AND STILL THE SAME, I GOT SICK FROM THE MOLD AND GERMS. THE LINENS ARE LIMITED AND NASTY, THESE ROOMS NEED COMPLETE RENOVATIONS, OLD APPLIANCES, FLOORS ARE NOT CLEANED GOOD. i MOVED THREE TIMES AND ALL THREE ROOMS HAD MAJOR ISSUES. THEY ALSO CONVINCE THAT IF YOU WANT TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW, THEN THEY WILL WAIVE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. NOT WORTH IT...MOST OF THE ROOMS I NOTICED ARE BEING RENTED TO HOMELESS OR LOW INCOME PEOPLE. AND THEY ARE BEING OVER CHARGED AS WELL. FRONT DESK ATTENDANT IS HORRIBLE, AND HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. THE PHONES ARE RINGING AND NOT ANSWER. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS MANAGEMENT IN WEST PALM HOTEL. THANK YOU

Checked in here last minute lots of parking, nice beds, has lots of potential to be good… I will not recommend long term stay. We didn’t feel safe, the latch on our door was broken, the unit beside us was trash completely..

The property is conveniently located to major highways and major roads Shopping is nearby. The hotel itself is dated. They try to refurbish the rooms but it was a very untidy job. Paint fell on the shower mixture in the bathroom etc,

Horrible experience. I'm still waiting for my refund. I had to stay somewhere else. Stink rooms, stink attitude. Never again!

Excellent customer service when it comes to accommodating their guests with late check outs due to flight issues

My stay there was TERRIBLE free first night there into waking up in the morning to a pink eye because of the dirty pillow case was absurd to then seeing cockroaches in the room and not one time did anyone come and ask to clean the room on top of that same day was NOT allowed to get out of the hotel because of a hostage situation for HOURS blocked us in and would not let us out I felt as if I was the one kidnapped just without being trapped in a room . Worth experience I’ve ever been in . Will never come back to this place again
