Had multiple issues reported to guest services and never heard back now were resolved. Main issue was the bad smell in the room from the sheets and pillows.

Me and my family stayed here for 4 days. The staff was excellent and we had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I cannot wait to return! Thank you for an awesome experience.

Walking path too dark at night many ppl using phone to see. Wonderful place however everyone so nice !

Foi uma boa estádia de lua de mel. Fomos com medo por conta dos comentários ruins, mas foi tudo muito bom. Comida boa, bebidas boas, quarto bom. Único problema mesmo foi o banheiro que estava vazando um pouco d'agua, mas não ligamos e passamos o pano pra secar. Não vão achando que tem spar incluso pq tem que pagar 25 dolares. Os restaurantes inclusos são bons, mas nada ual... bom que varia um pouco a comida do buffet. De resto foi super divertido. Recomendo.

Good value good drinks so-so food

I had a nice, relaxing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The property was clean, and the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food options were good, a variety to suit everyone’s tastes.This is a great place families or friends looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. I’d happily recommend this resort to anyone planning their next getaway!

Need better Management in the Dinning Food area, from Food safety to the meals quality and presentations. The food expense was there but it got lost in how poorly presented and served . Personnel Management was missing

Loved everything! So many activities, right next to the beach, awesome shows, and friendly staff.

Beautiful property Dinning experience was a little bit of an inconvenience due to ll restaurant stop taking guests at 8. Other than that everything was exceptional

Beautiful place !!

Beautiful property, well kept. We could not make key room cards work. We’d have to walk to the reception several times a day to remagnatize them. I even changed the room because it was too much and it was the same problem. Lots of food but lots of it wasn’t good. If you’re a picky eater you may not like it but if food is down your priority list, then you’ll be fine, no way you’ll be hungry. Beautiful beach. I would recommend if you’re not expecting anything hosh-posh.

The place was beautiful but small. The activities were plentiful and the staff super enthusiastic - they would even see you later in the day and come chat with you. The food was not the 5 star food that I expected. The snack bar food was just eh and not often replenished. The buffets lacked cleanliness - people stuck their hand in to take things, used spoons from other dishes, etc.

Staff was not as friendly as at other Iberostars. Good was not good quality or big variety. There was no way to access food during certain times of the day, especially after 10pm.

Except for the specialty restaurants that were hard to get a seat, slow service, under staff, everything else Great!

It’s was perfect for our family. Not as upscale as other resorts but we had all we needed. The staff were very friendly & helpful.
