Wonderful experience

Loved how the property is tucked in, feels exclusive. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms! Property has everything you need for a fabulous vacation - gym and pool were lovely.

Stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon a few nights to celebrate my wife and daughter's birthday. When we checked in, we were told that our room was sold out - despite the fact that we prepaid for it - and they had no rooms with a king bed available. The best they could offer us was two double beds. We told them that would not work as our little one sleeps with us, especially when we are traveling. They offered us an "upgrade" at a discounted rate of an ADDITIONAL $400/night. We had to spend an ADDITIONAL $1200 to have a "comfortable" stay. Once we finally upgraded, we went up to our room to order room service. As with most room service, it is expensive, which is expected, but their all-day menu was super limited. By our second night, we were tired of the limited options and ordered out. For the premium price, I expected more modern, contemporary feel to the hotel, but it was extremely dated. We stayed at another Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne and it was the same thing. Funny enough, there was an issue with our room there and they upgraded our room at no additional charge. AC in room started off strong & then turned off midway through the night. I would have to get up to try to get it going again. The most redeeming thing about this hotel, the service from staff - minus those at check-in. We had our toddler with us and Miranda at Lemonia brought her a rubber ducky and Ummar from dining brought her a tray of cookies and fruit basket. Pool staff was great too.

The staff was incredible. The property and furnishings are very dated and worn. They would benefit from more dining options. Again the staff was absolutely top notch.

Première chambre proposée avec vue sur un toit délabré, nous demandons à changer. Deuxième chambre avec les wc dans la salle de bain, pas de douche juste une baignoire contrairement à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous voulons nous faire un café mais la prise né fonctionne pas, la maintenance vient et branche la cafetière sur la prise de la lumière… bref il faut choisir => café ou lumière ? Niveau propreté, nous avons découvert une tasse d’enfant avec une paille mâchouillée sous le lit … le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. Cet hôtel n’est pas digne des 5* mais plutôt situé à 2* max.

This property has a very nice pool area for children with slides and a lazy river. The day we went it was a little chilly and they ran out of towels! The hotel itself is a little tired and needs and update. Dinner options are either outside or the lobby. I thought the breakfast was quite nice in a separate room in the back of the hotel. Staff is very nice, but the lobby servers lacked that extra service expected at the Ritz Carlton.

Very good service, quick check in, shuttle service to de beach every hour

The staff was amazing, super friendly and going out of their way for our needs. The property was clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience. The only downside is that our reservation said resort view and we got a room in a low floor overviewing the valet parking.
