Terrible stay. I was here for 2 and a half weeks due to work and the room was cleaned twice. The final straw was when they double charged my card which ended with a 1000 dollar pending transaction. They did not do anything to help the situation, and when asked about a manager not only could they not give info but when an appt was made the manager stood me up. I would absolutely not stay here again.

The pool was so chemical that it bleached all our swimsuits and fried our hair.

Not worth the money… worst nights sleep Bathroom shower was dirty and didn’t work properly. The mattress and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. The carpet was damp in one location so much that my socks got wet.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. Only issue with the room was the guide on the tv never worked and some of the channels didn't come in. The hot tub was out of order the first night. Got to use it the second night but there was a light out of the wall. You had to step over it at the bottom of the stairs. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were cold and sausage wasn't good.

All staff were nice and helpful. Property is conveniently located off the highway and serves its purpose.

The front desk staff is wonderful and helpful. The drivers to the airport are also very nice and helpful. Clean. Efficient. Perfect for an overnight.

I got a suite with jacuzzi and for the price and the condition the room was in did not much

When we stayed, it was quite cold outside. The front (automatic sliding) doors would not open by themselves. We had to physically push them open… Staff was alright/average. We booked a King Suite with a jacuzzi in the room and it was great—but… buttons were broken and glued back on to the jacuzzi, looked not great. Ice machine was broken. Elevators extremely slow. Breakfast and coffee were good. Not much around the area. Travelled to the area for a Valentines Day getaway and ended up across the street at a bar because that was the only thing somewhat accessible.

Room was quiet & it a convenient location. Everywhere was a short drive. Breakfast wasn't very good, eggs & sausage looked it was a day old. Room was somewhat clean. For the price, you get what you pay. Hotel needs some updating.

Desk attendants were busy on their personal phones. Hot tub water level was about 4" low, so water was not filtering through the skimmer and the water was disgusting. Room carpet was stained in many areas, one looked like blood dripped in a line. Chair was scribbled on with marker. Elevator extremely slow. Hard boiled eggs at breakfast were unwrapped and dried out. Not much good to say other than the price and it was quiet.

Hot tub looked gross, rest of the place is very aged. Fire alarms falling off the walls. They were out of toilet paper. Our blankets had stains on them. Their continental breakfast doesnt get refilled. Usually stay here for flights but looking for a different place for now on. Has really went down hill. Ice machines were broke. Jusy nothing taken care of
