전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

청소는 많이 안되어있었습니다. 화징실 노후화가 되어있습니다. 개선되길 바랍니다. 전반적인 조명이 어둡습니다. 그러나 주변 환경은 수영하기 매우 좋습니다.

체크인할 때 설명이 부족해서 엘레베이터랑 계단을 오고갔음. 바다뷰리고 했는데 저층에 바다 쪼금만 보여서 아쉬움. 가격을 다 받았는데 층수가 낮은걸 줘서 아까웠음…

가격과 주차가 좋았다. 대부분 친절하지만 불친절한 직원이 있다.

아늑하고 평화로운 view, 앞의 풍경과 아침산책,반얀트리들 2박으로 마우나케아정상,볼케이노등, 힐로쪽 숙박선택이 편했다

공항 옆이라서 접근이 용이하고 방에서 바라보이는 뷰는 최고

호텔이 상당히 깔끔하고 방도 넓고 편했습니다. 다만 욕조 물이 잘

위치좋고 주변 경관도 좋았어요. maunakea와 volcano를 위해서는 최적의 위치 하지만 room cleaning을 해주지않고 수건과 필요한 것들을 직접 수령해야하는 단점이 있어요 주차장 여유가 별로 없어요

침구류에 다양한 머리카락이 발견되었다 그냥 치우고 잤다 화장실 욕조에 물이 잘 안 내려갔다 잠 자는덴 문제 없었다

Good ocean view

I told front desk at check in I was disab to ed with a cardiac condition and she put on the 2nd floor on z dirty shabby room with only stair access, no king bed as advertised as bed advertised and old linens with holes in carpet. Awful.

Very nice stay! Clean, and staff was very nice! Beautiful views too

Loved the location and the customer service. Great views from the balcony.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom and balcony. They only clean rooms every 3 days unless requested. Some staff were wonderful. The cafe staff was very slow. Never checkedon us forgot request items. Breakfast and coffee were both cold. They provided 10$ coupon for cafe and restaurant. We only tried once. The towels were small and thin.

This is in a beautiful location and the staff were awesome - felt like there was some small issues (no housekeeping even with a four night stay without any extra toiletries being provided - we had to ask) and a couple of things in our room that probably should have been repaired but weren't. However, again, the location is fantastic and the staff were great.

Lovely property in a wonderful location overlooking the bay of the pretty town of Hilo. One call walk out of the hotel and stroll around the beautiful park and the waterfront. Front office staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to have free parking.
