가족과 함께 4박 겨울휴가를 보낸 휴양지 호텔로 최고였어요. 무엇보다 호텔 식당의 저녁식사가 무척 훌륭했어요. 4박동안 동일한 음식이 나온적이 한번도 없었으며 맛이 예술이었어요. 가시게 되면 꼭 Half Board 를 이용하시어 최고급 음식을 맛보세요. 호텔 야외 풀장에서 문을 열면 San Agustin Beach 해변 모래사장이 펼쳐지는 최고의 지리적 위치를 지니고 있습니다. 객실 또한 상당히 넓고 잘 디자인 되어 무척 만족했습니다.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean and friendly hotel. The staff were so nice and the location was virtually on the beach. We had our room cleaned every day to a high standard and the breakfast was so nice as we had a fresh omelette brought up to us every morning. Thank you to the hotel staff for making us feel so welcome.

Alt var helt supert, nydelig frokost,flott beliggenhet, svært hyggelig personal, helt sikker på at vi drar tilbake.

Det var oppgitt treningssenter på hotellet. Men dette viste seg å være et lite rom uten vindu og aircondition. Kun to kondisjonsapparater, ikke mulig å trene styrke, - skuffende.

Fantastik beliggenhed med få meter til stranden. Stedet bæger præg af et spahotel, udlevering af morgenkåber til fx morgensvømning i havet. Utrolig god service, rolig atmosfære, ingen børn, lækkert poolområde med spa og udsigt til havet. Hyggelig poolbar både dag og aften. Meget lækker morgenbuffe med a la carte. Alle værelser vender mod pool område. Lidt gammeldags indretning men rent og pænt og mulighed for daglig byt til rene strandhåndklæder. Flot lang strand promenade med mulighed for en god løbetur.

Las habitaciones un poco antiguas, necesitan remodelarlas. De resto todo muy bien, amabilidad, cercania, instalaciones. Muy buen bufete de desayuno. Gracias

The hotel itself is quite unique in style, we had a standard room and it was very spacious and included a comfortable seating area where you could watch TV which had quite a few English channels. Unfortunately the standard rooms are at the back right above the delivery/loading bay area and you are awoken by the deliveries every day any time between 4.30 and 6am. Staff were apologetic but nothing they can do about it and as hotel was full, we couldn't be moved. Plenty of sunbeds - hotel was full and there was never a problem getting one. Area around is generally good but the sides of the pool could use a good clean. Breakfast was the usual buffet fare plus a few other things you could order like crepes, waffles, pancakes. However, the food in the hot section was consistently barely lukewarm, a shrug of the shoulders was the response we got when this was mentioned. There didn't seem to be enough staff on - they were always busy but sometimes our order (even for tea) got forgotten and we had to remind them several times. One staff member manning the pool bar isn't enough - as hard as they work they can't keep up with everything. Location is great, right on the beach and close to all amenities. Very easy to get to and from airport using the local bus. Overall, we enjoyed our week, but if you're a light sleeper don't book a standard room. Personally, I wouldn't return to this hotel.

An amazing hotel in front of the ocean, old-style but very comfortable. At the reception, Danny was very nice upon our arrival. The room is quite big and has everything you need. The two pools are very nice, and there is also a 5-seat small hydro massage. With the half board, we had an amazing continental breakfast every morning with everything you could desire. The big plus is the dinner, where you are in the hands of one of the best chefs that I have ever met (and I travel a lot for my job). Aridane Socorro and his kitchen staff made our dinners magical, with a gourmet menu every day that was refined and delicious. The service with Elio, Marco, Angela, Dory, and all the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. I would like to thank all the people who have worked hard to make you feel at home in this hotel. We have spent 15 days in the structure, and we will come back for sure. A place that makes you feel relaxed and happy.

Fint väder hela veckan. Härligt med pool med saltvatten. Hotell med absolut närhet till havet är oslagbart.

nice room with sea view and view of pool area with balcony. no suitable electrical sockets in room for charging devices. only socket was in bathroom. hotel was a little dated and there were some small insects crawling around the floors and some surfaces. excellent choice of buffet and cooked breakfast.

Gymmet: Maskinerna gamla och fungerade mycket dåligt. Crosstrainern gnisslade fruktansvärt. Cykeln passar inte för målgruppen på hotellet. Instruktioner saknades. Byt ut allt ! Maten: För många rätter, räcker med 3-rätter med mer mat på respektive rätt. Grillbuffen var mycket bra. Servicen var mycket bra generellt.

Trivs bra och väljer alltid detta hotell om de finns lediga rum tillgängliga, nära stranden, nära Centrum och restauranger, samt en bra promenad till Maspalomas . Kurt

Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Umgebung direkt am Strand und der Promenade von St. Agustin, welche zu Joggen hervorragend geeignet ist. Das in der Nähe befindliche Shopping Center ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir erlebten in der ersten Novemberwoche einen erholsam Urlaub bei hochsommerlichem Wetter und angenehmen ca. 25°C warmen Wassertemperaturen im Meer.
