자연좋고 비치 인근에 친절한 직원까지 모두 좋았어요 동양인이 별로 없더라고요

체크인할때 매니져분..?이 너무 친절했음 못알아듣는 영어 할때는 구글로 쳐서 이해시켜줌 ㅎㅎ 예약시에 방 사진 봤을때는 별로일거같았는데 가서 보니 훨씬 좋음 ㅎㅎㅎ침대 너무 아늑하고 베개 잠너무 잘와서 안에뭐들어있나 궁금했음.. 바닷가 앞이고 리조트라서 음식 해먹게도 잘되있음!!렌트카 빌렸으면 세이프웨이나 나필리 프라자 가서 간단히 사와서 조리해서 먹을수있음!!일단 침대 너무 편하고 뷰 좋고 조리기구 잘되있고 직원들 친절해서 좋음 !!

호텔 내 시설과 룸 관리상태, 직원 친절 등 전반적으로 만족합니다. 오션뷰 패밀리 스튜디오였는데 완전 바닷가는 아니고 풀장이 있고 그 너머로 바다가 같이 보입니다. 풀장과 잔디 미니 골프 퍼팅 잔디를 앞에 두고 있어서 저희는 더 좋았다고 생각합니다. 만약 바다에 더 인접한 숙소를 잡고 싶다면 더 좋은 등급의 방을 선택해야 하지 않을까 생각합니다. 욕실 인테리어 좋고, 수전과 세면볼, 변기 등이 국내에서도 알려진 고급 브랜드로 멋스럽고 품격 있습니다. 싱크대, 식기세척기, 오븐렌지, 조리기구와 냉장고가 고급스럽게 갖추어져 있고, 테라스도 넓직하고 테이블이 있어서 아침이나 낮에 리조트 분위기를 만끽하며 음식 먹기에 좋습니다.

좋은 위치에 자리잡았고 해변도 무척 가까웠다. 특히 석양이 좋았고 레스토랑의 음식과 뷰도 훌륭하였다. 객실은 넓은 편이었고 야외 테라스도 있어서 편안히 뷰를 즐길수 있었다. 공용코인세탁실이 있는점이 아주 좋았고, 단점으로는 욕조가 없고 건물이 오래된편이어서 개미가 있는데 옥의 티였다.

위치와 편안함에 정말 만족하였습니다.

Napili is a beautiful bay away from the noise and crowds of Kanipali. We stayed in Puna Point 2 which was the quietest part of the resort. Our ocean front one bedroom suite was very clean and nicely furnished. Near the main pool there was a SNACK shop open from 7am -5pm. There was also a restaurant open all day.

I loved the resort, our room, and the beauty of Napili Bay. It had ultimate Hawaii feel and beauty. I snorkelled with multiple turtles each day. The waters were very clear. The whole area was very peaceful and family friendly. Recommend to any ocean or Hawaii lover.

Rooms were clean and premises well kempt; however, there is almost no shade for reprieve from the sun--only three old umbrella huts with a few lounge chairs under them--the drinks at the pool were expensive and not drinkable, the restaurant was slow and the service in the same was poor.

The location was great, with easy access to the beach. Groceries are available at the nearest mall for those preparing meals in kitchenettes.

Best bay on the island. Great room and amazing view.

Beautiful property in a prime location! We have younger children and the water was so calm for snorkeling. The facilities were clean and rooms were fully stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be returning.

I loved this property. I felt like a part of the property and like the staff was ohana. Perfectly quaint.

We loved this place. We had an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was probably the most luxurious place we’ve ever stayed as a family. The cove was wonderful - my kids and I loved snorkeling along the rocks. The restaurant and snack bar were great. We would definitely go here again!

Everything was perfect except the "king" bed was two beds pushed together which made it difficult to snuggle my new bride on our honeymoon.

It was Old Hawaii. We're not interested in staying in a high-rise and being in the hub of everything, we want peaceful quiet and to be in tune with the Hawaii of long ago.

Staff members were amazing and knew us by name! Our housekeeper, Sheryl was great and our studio was always perfect! Such a great location and the resort had everything we could have wanted and more! A huge highlight ( besides the view from our room) was the Sea House restaurant! Phenomenal, please get the cioppino!!! Can’t wait to stay here again! It was the first time we didn’t stay somewhere on Ka’anapali… we’ve found our forever place when we come to Maui! These are pictures from our lanai!💗🌺🌴
