혼자 여행이였는데, 룸 업그레이드를 해주셔서 더욱 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 사우나시설도 좋았습니다~ 키르히다리 근처라 마테호른 보러가기도 편합니다! 전반적으로 모두 좋은 숙소였어요. 직원분들 다 친절했고 특히 안경끼신 젊은 여성직원분이 날씨 상황과 기차 연착도 알려주셔서 너무 감사했습니다:-) 다음에 또 체르마트에 간다면, 다시 머무르고싶네요👍

너무나 친절한 응대 Mount view 가 보이는 패밀리룸을 예약했는데 도착해서보니 그 산이 다름아닌 마테호른. 매일 아침 눈을 뜰때 침대에서 마테호른의 일출을 보는 행복한 특권을 누렸다 역에서는 거리가 되는 편이지만 전기차 셔틀을 보내줘서 오고 가는 길이 힘들지 않았고 깔끔한 조식과 서비스와 예쁜 방이 만족스러웠다 체르마트를 다시 방문하게된다면 다시 이 호텔을 찾을것이다

굉장히 친절한 호텔 마테호른뷰로 예약하면 뷰도 끝장나요 다만 마루바닥이 카페트가 아니였음 했는데 카페트였고 샤워할때 조금 좁아서 물이 많이 튀어요 전반적으로 시설도 깨끗 가성비 굿입니당

직원들도 친절하고 식사도 훌륭했으며, 특히 발코니에서의 전망이 최고였다.

It was an excellent experience staying at Aristella!! Everything was newly built/renovated and staffs were very kind and attentive. Sauna facilities were very clean and made me relaxed after the freezing out in the cold weather of Zermatt. I would definitely go back go Aristella for my next trip to Zermatt and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

위치가 체르마트 역 반호프 스트리트에서 약간 멉니다. 도보 5분 이상 걸립니다. 그밖에는 모든 것이 만족스럽습니다. 싱글룸 숙박했고 충분한 방크기에 깔끔한 시설(슬리퍼, 슬리핑 가운 포함), 쓸만한 와이파이가 있습니다. 조식은 무난합니다. 체르마트에 또 온다해도 다시 이곳에서 묵고 싶습니다.

숙소의 후기들이 너무 좋고 숙소 사진에서 보는 마터호른뷰가 너무 좋아보여 예약했습니다. 부모님 70세 기념 여행으로 여행하였고 여행 전 comment 도 남겼습니다. 체크인시 여주인분은 전혀 친절하지 않았고 먼길을 찾아온 여행객에게 welcome 인사도 없었으며 호텔스닷컴에서 말하는 마운틴뷰는 결코 마테호른뷰가 아니며 마운틴에는 마터호른 말고도 모든 산이 마운틴뷰임을 강조하며 불만이 있으면 호텔스닷컴에 항의하라고 했습니다. 같은 말이라도 다소 불쾌한 인상을 주며 이야기하여 가족 모두 체크인부터 기분이 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 마터호른뷰의 방을 다시 한번 부탁하였으나 빈방이 없다는 답을 들었으며 여주인이 직원과 대화시 독일말이어 전혀 알아들을순 없었지만 '호텔스닷컴' 이란 말을 자주하는 것으로 보아 호텔스닷컴을 통한 예약자는 비교적 좋지 않은 방을 배정하거나 room upgrade는 불가한듯한 인상을 받았습니다. 호텔스 닷컴을 통하여 예약을 한 탓에 부당한 대우를 받은것인지 동양인이기에 부당한 대우를 받은것인지는 알수 없으나 좀 더 친절했으면 좋았지 않나 생각하며, 체르마트 여행에 좋지 않은 기억으로 남습니다. 그리고 저희가 묵은 3인룸은 1st floor 로 발코니는 있으나 바로 앞의 hotel 과 마주하여 Daniela Hotel 뷰라 칭하는 것이 옳을듯하며 커튼 말고는 아무 보호막이 없어 2일내내 커튼을 치고 지내야했습니다.(밖에서 다 보입니다.) 조식은 2일내에 똑같았고 특히 2일째의 햄등은 별로 신선하지 않아보였고, 오후에 차와 음료를 즐길수 있다는 해피타임은 아침 조식이었던 과자와 음료등이었습니다.

정말 최고의 호텔입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 호텔객실 상태도 최고입니다. 화장실에서 tv볼륨이 나오는 시설 및 간단한 빨래건조를 위한 라지에이터 시설까지! 저희 방같은경우는 천정에 다락방같이 되어 있어 자면서 하늘을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 아침조식도 간단하면서도 질은 5성급호텔같은 최고였습니다!!

The hotel is conveniently located in Zermatt with short walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and room was spacious. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing for dinner.

One of my favorite hotels we stayed in while visiting Switzerland. Comfortable, beautiful, and service is top notch.

The staff service is horrible. If you pay city tax by card, they will charge you 50% more. The staff is not friendly at all, super mean. You will not have any greeting at breakfast, but will ask you very impolitely to leave your luggage outside of breakfast area. I would not recommend this place if you value customer experience.

The hotel and staff were excellent. There is construction in the area and work started at 6:30 am. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful, breakfast was delicious the room looked freshly renovated and very clean.

Very helpful stuff. Great views of the Matterhorn quieter location compared to hotels on the main street where the shops and restaurants are. Room was very clean and spacious for a family four!

We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

Gave us some chocolate at the end of our stay!

Family run hotel with minimum number of rooms. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant food and service was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel. Get the room with a balcony: you can see the stars and mountains at night. Magical.
