전체 평가 및 리뷰 Motel 6 Buena Park, CA - Knotts Berry Farm - Disneyland

The room smelled the floors were dirty. We asked for maid service and took two days for a one week stay for someone to come in and clean. The bathroom was dirty not a good experience.

The toilet was leaking. Shower head was shoulder length. The pool was out of service to put it lightly. The noise was unbearable. Constant yelling, banging on walls, and screaming from neighbors. Lady who checked us in at night had a horrible attitude and was very aggressive for no reason. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Would recommend a park bench or hostel instead.

Place was full of homeless people sleeping on property and trying to gain access to guest rooms thru out the night and day and AC units was not working at all

Window on 3rd floor do not lock.

The pictures on the site were not accurate. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. The pool was empty. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The location was good as there were places to eat just across the parking lot.

First off when I went to check in the lady at the front desk was very rude. I believe her name was Michelle. I walked in like a minute before 3 and let her know we were there to check in. She said they weren't doing check in until after 3 pm because they had no rooms clean. When I asked her how much past 3 she was all I don't know. So I went in at 3:15 and got my room key etc. Get to the room and I had booked and paid for a queen room and the bed was full. The paint in the sink and tub was peeled and the room while overall looked clean actually was not upon closer inspection. We could hear the carts and maids going by back and forth in front of the room and that was extremely loud and disturbing. I requested a first floor room when I booked but was put on the third floor. Which wasn't terrible since they have an elevator but I do have a bad back. So it would have been nice to have a first floor and not walk so far.

According to my drivers a lot of homelessness people on the premises

different price charged than what was told. i booked a queen 2 bed they said they ran out of those so i got one bed charged double the price we had already traveled 4 hours. they said there was some sort of breakfast free. that isnt true it was super dirty with pet hair. used soap and no tp or towels they dont clean until after you leave so we figured out we received a room that they hadnt cleaned yet

The motel has no room service for 12 days , they said because of Covid , also no refrigerator on the room , a/c heater didn’t work have of the time

bugs and waterbugs. Manager was shouting others/customers for small thing such as coffee.

I had bad experience with this property and night staff. First, my room was on 3rd floor and key room was not working so I had to go downstairs to ask staff about the key room then he asked me back like did I hold it next to phone or credit card? I said no and I never heard about this kind of issue before that key room not working when next to phone or credit card. The key room is very difficult to detect to unlock the door. When we get inside the room , i started to use sink to wash my hands and face then, the sink got clogged so we wan to call the customer service but phone line not working. Then, He could not fix the the issue so we need to move another room. Another thing is there is no tissue, no shampoo, and hair dryer. It is very inconvenient and dirty room and unsanitary.

Just a lot of activity around there during the day is too much for drivers when they are trying to get their 8 hrs off duty. Ty

GREAT LOCATION! Great Price!

Property was dirty. Room was very dirty and dingy. People lurking all times of day and night. Staff did not tell us we needed a parking pass. Will not stay there again.
