Checking in was easy, and the lady that helped us was very friendly. The room was decent for the price. Tub could have been cleaned a little better, but it was easy enough to quickly wipe down. The spa tub was very small. Only enough room for 1 person, and not enough room to lay down. It was also pretty shallow. The family above our room was the biggest problem. We could hear every running step the kid(s) made and every time he or she slammed or dropped something. It stopped around 9-10 pm. I don’t know what time it started, but I couldn’t go back to sleep after I woke up around 6:30 am because of the running back and forth and dropping things. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but the coffee was drinkable. I’m not sure we will stay again.

The shower water pressure and temperature is great. Full breakfast is different every day. The only complaint about this nice place is that the pool is out of order. We booked the place because it has a pool. They should have noted in your website that it's out of order.

We will stay there again. The staff was very competent and helpful. The only minus to our stay was the pool was closed for maintenance. This was disappointing

The Bayview was the best.

The employees here are always wonderful. My only complaint this time, which has nothing to do with the employees, is regarding people with children. Apparently, there was some sort of function where there was a cheerleading competition(?) locally. We could hear nothing but kids running and carrying on from 0400 on. We went to leave our room and some genius outside w/a cart with luggage and kids sitting on top of it. Took our luggage to vehicle, had to walk past the same people blocking the entrance/exit. A man with them said to "pay attention" and "stay out of the way" and to "listen to" Miss so and so. Well, she stood there and messed w/her phone the whole time. I turned in our key card, went to walk back out and the same "Miss" so and so was still on her phone, not paying attention to whatever and letting them run wherever they pleased. NOT the Cobblestone's issue or problem. So irritated that out 2x a year get away (Cobblestone is our get away place) was ruined bc of idiots who can't keep their kids in line.

Positives- Excellent shower pressure, parking, and friendly staff. Less than positives-Can hear every sound of adjacent rooms and floors. Pillows & bedding are very old. The material so thin in spots it could rip at any time and is scratchy. Toilet would run for 30-45 minutes after a flush. No maintenance Staff available until 2 days after checkout so I was the toilet fixer. Don’t waste your time on the breakfast. Very limited and awful taste to eggs and hash.

Property was clean, room was exactly the same as photo and the breakfast was good.

Nice place. Clean rooms, good showers. Right across from the lake with nice walking paths.

Didn’t notify guess that pool was closed before checking -in

Room was dirty. Tub had hair all through it. Chairs were extremely stained. Bathroom just looked bad over all like it had not been cleaned well. Room was not as clean as it should be for the price of the room.

Friendly, courteous staff. The hotel was neat and clean and very well organized. Room was also very neat and clean. The only minor issue we had was the toilet paper & tissue box was not stocked. And we did not get room service on the second day we stayed. Possibly could have been because we forgot to take the do not disturb sign off the first day? However it was taken off the second day. Other than that everything was excellent! Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the view of the bay,the front lounge area and coffee bar. The shower was AMAZING!

great stay nice and Clean

I will never stay at this hotel again. My room was filthy... my heater, 2 of the lamps and the coffee pot didnt work. The pool and spa were closed and when i complained to the front desk about the outrageous amount of noise comming from the room above me late at night, the desk clerk told me there was nothing they could do and all i could do was leave. So disappointed and disgusted.
