Pool was closed. Restaurant closed. So the things we were looking for simply weren’t here and there was no mention of it at booking. The front desk said the restaurant was closed due to limited occupancy in the hotel. Not a good stay.

Went checking in took for a long time

Amazing costumer service. They offered us an upgraded room after they heard about our issue with the other hotel overbooking rooms. I will definitely be going back

Horrible. Under complete renovations. Was not told prior. Workers and dust and machinery everywhere. No restaurant, pool, bar.

Although it was under construction we were not really affected by it. Only one person working at night so we had to wait quite a while for some extras to be brought to us. Otherwise beds were comfy and good water pressure is all I need!

The room was great! The hotel advertised on website that hotel was being renovated and lobby and restaurant/bar were moved temporarily. However they did not mention that the pool was closed. I traveled with my son who went to a wedding on Saturday. I was there with no car and planned a pool day for Friday and Saturday- I would not have booked this hotel if the pool being closed was disclosed on website.

Very nice modern furnished hotel, but did have some wear and the remodeling is getting it back to where they wish to be it looks. It was a great value, not noisy and comfortable. I will be back and in a nice area to feel safe.

Didn’t know they were under remodel. Didn’t know that you had to valet park. I know that started Monday but was unaware when booked. Luckily there was parking elsewhere.

It suited our needs. Starbucks very close to hotel.

It was ok had to pay for breakfast and the ladies weren’t that nice always busy

Great place! Would stay again

Quick overnight stay, close to Southlake Town Center and plenty of shopping and dining. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Everything was very clean.

Love the hotel & complementary water bottles. The staff was amazing fast and friendly. I will guarantee my stay there on future trips to South Lake, TX.

We enjoyed our one night stay for our daughter's birthday trip. Derrick was very friendly and we were able to get a suite to better accommodate our party. Clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Towels were dingy. Bar and breakfast area located in Conference Ball Room. Didn't care for that too much. Nothing too much surrounding area of hotel.

Property is currently under construction so I would wait to stay. The rooms themselves are nice. If you choose to have breakfast, it is $17 for what other hotels give you at no extra charge. Most hotels add a "buffer" to your pending charge for theft or damage, but $200 is excessive and is yet to be corrected and we've been gone for 3 days. Cleaning staff took our ring of keys. Brought them back later, but why would you even pick them up? Just an odd experience all around.

Great location for an event

This property was under construction. Our first morning, right outside our door - they began tearing down the ceilings and laying plastic over the floor. We were still in the room! No one notified us to move! We saw later that they had sent an email asking us to move rooms - but they failed to call our room and leave a message! And furthermore, with that kind of major construction going on - we should have never been in that room to begin with! So we had to move rooms- the new room - the electrical outlets were not functioning in the bathroom. The sink had a slow drain - disgusting. Also the tile in the shower floor was like standing in an ice rink. Dangerously slippery. They provide a very small rubber mat for the floor - but we had to add a towel just to get get out safely. Total lack of courtesy for guests - will Not be back!
