주방을 제일 유용하게 활용했었는데 냉장고 안의 청결상태가 좋지않아 다시 청소하고 사용해야 했던 점이 아쉬웠었고 냉동실 상태가 좋지않아 제대로 사용하지 못한 점 외엔 대체로 청결부분 만족했습니다. 특히 샤워부스나 화장실이 깨끗했던 점 맘에 들었습니다. 룸 인테리어도 현대식이었던 점과 생각보다 넓은 룸 크기도 만족했었어요.

컨벤션센터를 이용할 경우 최선의 선택일 수도 있음.

The layout of the room was excellent

I had a great stay! The room was clean! The staff was wonderful! So kind and friendly! I literally walked across the street to my venue for a concert! I was on the 15th floor and had an awesome view!

The inside of the hotel was visually appealing. It was clean, organized and well lit. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The property was very nice, however I think something happened with the air conditioning because the gym and other areas were closed.

The rooms at this hotel are decent in size and overall not too bad. The A/C was a constant issue for us. It would turn off constantly and revert back to its original settings. Made for some hot nights. The breakfast buffet was just okay as well. To have it included was nice but not a lot of variety. The main issue I had with this hotel was it was in an area that tons of homeless congregate. The staff have no security and there was constant issues with them. On one evening, we had an elderly gentleman that was accosted and left bloody and battered throughout our lobby and in front of the hotel. Throughout our stay, we had a step in his blood because they decided not to clean it off the sidewalk. We also had a drunk 20 something year old hitting on 13 year old girls, including mine that was there for a volleyball tournament. The dads had to remove him from the property. This should be the hotels job. So if you are okay with no security, and a rough area then give this place a try.
