The hotel is a very good location. You'll find many good restaurants that you can walk to around 5-10 minutes, supermarkets, clothing and trekking gear shops, and souvenir stores. The staff were very nice and helpful. You also can start trekking near the hotel. I think it was a wonderful and comfortable stay for trekking visitors.

Ótimo café da manhã. Quarto grande e confortável. Atendimento muito atencioso e amigável. Só o chuveiro mudava muito de temperatura, o que era chato.

Conveniently located in town, can easily walk to restaurants & hiking trails. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a triple room, basic accommodation. Chill vibe in the lobby/bar area

Staff were very responsive and very very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for better staff. Breakfast was basic. Inexpensive bar in the lobby. They had a water refill. Room was good, bed a little hard for my taste. Even with the crazy winds, the place didn’t shake which is impressive!

Mostly good, but too expensive to have shower water scalding one second and freezing the next.

Nice hotel, very helpful pleasant staff. Room needs a fridge and kettle with teacups. Staying in your room after long day in mountains is sometimes needed and a fridge and kettle would help this.

Hotel bien placé dans el chalten, service sympathique. Petit dej plutôt bien. Chambres ok. Bruits des voisins assez présents ceci étant du à la méthode de construction Argentine... Le point le plus negatif est la vue d'une grande partie des chambres sur le mur en construction de l'hotel voisin qui s'agrandit...

I would say the rooms were average, but the service was outstanding.

Hotel incrível em todos os sentidos. Atendentes simpáticos e solícitos, café da manhã formidável, limpeza excelente e o restaurante e cafeteria tem um preço ótimo e faz coisas deliciosas. Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Very nice staff but we found hair in the bed, on the duvet, on the bathroom floor... not very clean for the price we paid..

Staff were exceptionally pleasant, food was good in the restaurant, and a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Room could use an update.

Great service. Great breakfast spread in the morning. Facilities are showing their age a little bit, but nothing that really detracts from the experience. Since the hallways are tiled, sound carries (e.g. closing doors, rolling suitcases, etc.). Speedy internet compared to much of the rest of El Chalten.

Beautiful stay , most credit goes to the staff at the reception Aaron and Sebastien , they were very helpful. - very big pillows, no internet in the rooms, breakfast selection was a bit weird for me , too many cakes and cookies, almost no veggies.

Exceptional staff, very friendly & always in a good mood. Located not far from the bus terminal. Breakfast was typically Argentinian (a lot of sweet things). Lunch boxes available on request.

Staff was super helpful and knew english well, rooms were very bare bone
