very bad services. after 9pm no house keeping no clean. food no good .window glass noisy very bad i am not happy

Keluasan bilik hotel yang sangat selesa tetapi perabut dalam bilik hotel semuanya yang lama, perlu ganti yang baru, lantai juga tidak cantik, perlu renovasi baru agar bilik hotel tidak terasa seperti masuk ke bilik misteri yang lama.

Menyenangkan, bersih, rapi, dekat tempat makan.

Room is ok just this is old hotel but well maintenance. Aircond not so cold in deluxe room. Booked 1 deluxe and 1 standard room all single bed (old wing). Aircond not in strategic place side to 1 bed only. Sahur time 4.30am. Food was ok. Nearby Amcorp Mall, lrt and A&W restaurant. Can negotiate to late checkout until 1.30pm. Overall, very good and nice staff help to change room with fridge.

The location is good. The hotel look nice from the outside but the inside is completely different..The room looks very old without upgrade.The worst part, our room sliding door & balcony facing the big waste dump which very smelly. The hotel environment also a bit scary at night especially when walk from the lobby to the room.

Pool close at school holiday and toilet not properly clean

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel room quality quite poor due to old furniture and facility.

Air keroh/berkarat dalam bilik mandi untuk shower dan sinki. Gosok gigi basuh dengan mineral water. Air shower slow pulak tu.

Old type television and not giving good screening some time no picture at all.

Though this hotel is a 3 star hotel. It is satisfying. Especially the bed. Sheets were very clean and white.
