From the arrival date before we crossing from sanur to nusa penida, i made a call to the hotel. The FO employee is Sonya and she offering the pick up, boat transport which one is the best for us and so on. We're so glad that she really cares for us and the request i made for villa they did it. Cause its my honeymoon and i request flower and so on. Although im using public boat not the one she recommends that will pick at the hotel in bali and also at the nusa lembongan port , Sonya help me with the pick up at the nusa lembonba and its free. The driver is mr. Ketut and he is very kind to us. All the things that we want Sonya help us a lot, also with the knowledge of the island what should we go, when is the best time and how. We really really love it and appreciate it a lot. Also with the driver mr Ketut, when we check out we're waiting for the public boat car that will pick us. Lucky mr Ketut also stay in front of the hotel for other guest, but he help us and drive us to the port without charges cause it not included with the hotel also when we came to the hotel. When we want to give him tips, he refuses. So kind and humble. We like Sonya and mr Ketut, really recommends with two of them. Mr ketut also can arrange for many activities and tour.
