So far so good. Accommodating staffs, free coffee barako wow. I love it so much.

We had a great stay, staff were nice and accommodating.

The room was simple but furnished. Fast wifi and affordable.

We will definitely come back! Why? The rooms are clean, cheap, but everything is great, the cleanliness, the WIFI is really fast! The staffs are friendly. Oops, the location is superb! I love this place! and please tell kuya guard he's the best! I wasn't able to see him when we leave. Di ko nakapag bigay tip.

It was a good place and has a good ambiance. Problems we only encounter is there are few electric outlets. We came from a business trip in quezon and our batteries are out already so we want to recharge but we cannot do so. But all in all, the whole experience is good

지난 9월 10일에 경주가 있었을 때 위치가 완벽했어요. 언리 바라코 커피도 완벽했어요.

The services of the staff and location are great!

All in all is ok, but in 2 days we stayed in the hotel, the WiFi signal was not good and the television signal was also malfunctioning... No TV signal the whole day... But I can say all in all was good...

Surprisingly at its cheap price it but it can provide nice accommodation

This is a decent and inexpensive transient place in Lipa City, Batangas with the most convenient location. It is literally just a stone's throw away from SM Lipa and the central terminal for buses and different rides going to and from Manila. The rooms are clean and comfy enough. No frills but the personnel go out of their way to make one's stay pleasant. There is free Barako-blend coffee every morning too. I wouldn't mind going back.
