Super Lage, leider etwas eng (und wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer)! Das "halboffen" Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, wer Probleme mit der Privatsphäre hat wird keinen Spaß haben. In der Lounge war es immer sehr kühl deswegen haben wir uns da selten aufgehalten. Das Frühstück war ok auch wenn es eher spartanisch war, die Qualität hat gepasst. Die Loungemöbel sind abgewohnt und bedürfen eines umfassenden Updats!

El hotel esta en un super lugar, llegas al Big Ben en unos 5 minutos y tienes una estación del tren a 500 metros de la entrada.

Great location, clean room, quiet, breakfast included, friendly staff. Areas for improvement: the electronic self check in system did not find my reservation by my last name; the A/C seemed to be blowing cold air even when I set the temp to the max of 24C. Not enough room for a table and chairs. Breakfast was nice with fruit, yoghurt, bread but items like eggs, meat, cheese were missing. The item that irked me the most was that after my delayed luggage was delivered to the hotel by BA, nobody bothered to leave a note for me to pick it up! I started looking for it some 24 hours after it was delivered in the hotel and still it took a while for the staff to find it.

Fast easy check-in. Clean rooms. Great location for visiting and exploring London. Great lobby bar. Definitely one we would recommend to others.

Très bien situé et calme . Le personnel vraiment charmant . Rien de négatif à dire à propos de cet hôtel. Le manque de fenêtre n’a pas été gênant du tout .

The place smacked of efficiency gone wild to the extent of cheap. The soap pump in the shower did not work, the adjustable shower head was next to impossible to adjust, the carpets were dirty or worn, the lighting when one was trying to sleep was a choice between a very bright dim and pitch black . There were no working 5v usb outlets. However the bed was good, the shower hot, and the computer desk adequate and the price ok

This hotel is exactly what the name suggests, a hub. It provided us with a small room with a bed good enough to sleep in but was not particularly comfortable, with no desk, no window, and a single small chair and closet… it was a bit too little for two people, keep that in mind if you intend to spend some time in the room. The carpets in the hotel were not in great shape, but the room was clean and they provide towels and cleaning service fast when asked. Even if you won’t have a machine in the room, they also offer coffee and tea in the lobby area for free. I do want to take the time to highlight the excellent disposition the staff showed at all times. My husband voiced some concerns and the lady at the desk tried to accommodate him immediately, even if it was not possible. Julia found me an umbrella when there was a downpour, even if they don’t really offer umbrellas. And every day you could see the gentleman standing by the automated check-in machine trying to help people check-in as fast as possible. They are an incredibly nice and hard-working team. I have to say the hotel was not what I expected, and it’s probably on me for not reading all the details carefully, but the personnel really improved my stay and impression of the place. Thanks for making my last days in London so nice!

We used this as a literal hub when we needed to rest, we did not spend much time in the room at all. The only downside was no windows in the room, we overslept one morning due to no awareness of time with no sunlight. Other than that it was clean, bed was a good size, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Would definitely consider doing it again

Was making a move from one hub to another verified 3 times with 3 different attendants I could check out of one hub and into the other. Upon arrival they had no idea! Ughhhh
