The accommodation in Canyon de Boracay was very good because of it's good food, clean room, and beautiful location. The hotel staffs were very kind, helpful, and friendly. They responded to our request fast and satisfying.

Spacious room, food and customer is great.

Good points - the staff are polite and friendly. When we came it was so hot the receptionist gave the cold towels and welcome drinks. They also were kind enough to heat our take out food and helped us with a table to use in the room. The room is big as well as the bathroom. There is also a back area where you can place your wet clothes. Food was ok especially their grilled chicken and squid. The location is good. Near the food places, the streetmarket food mall and the beach. AFIs - 1st of all we came an hour early, they could have at least allowed us to check in early since there's no one occupying the room we will use anyway. We think this is their tactic for the guests to order while waiting. Secondly the bathroom needs a lot of repairing especially the faucets. The toilet seat could have been replaced and the walls are dirty. There was also an instance when the toilet was making weird boiling sounds and the odor was really foul. There was no bidet and they could not provide us a dipper. The pool area needs a lot of fixing too. The shower knob was not working.

We had a great stay at Canyon de Boracay in fact we were upgraded from superior room to manager's suite villa room however I left my gold ring at the table and when we tried to look for it after check out, we were not able to find it. :( But over all, we had a great stay.
