My two children and I stayed for one night last week. While the room itself was clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a major issue: there was no hot water available during our stay.
We weren’t informed of this at check-in and only learned about it after asking the front desk the following morning. What made matters worse was that no apology or explanation was offered, and even after sending an email to the hotel to express my concerns, I never received a response.
I normally prefer resolving matters privately and avoiding negative reviews, but given the lack of communication and acknowledgment, I felt it was important to share this publicly. I hope the hotel takes steps to ensure better guest care and transparency moving forward.
