전체 평가 및 리뷰 BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park

침대가 노후되고 주변이 좀 시끄럽습니다. 애들 수영장은 좋고 캠핑장과 같이 있어 바베큐 너무 좋았습니다.

Great location and fantastic amenities for families. We will take our puppies next time as we noticed a puppy daycare centre on the premises.

I liked that the property catered for the children, with plenty of activities. You're games room could do with a revamp. There were quite a few games out of order.

Walking distance to theme parks is perfect. Water slides are actually really fun even for adults. Cabana like set ups around the pool for anyone to sit on for free was a great suprise to most resorts charging you for anything they can nowadays . Loved the basketball court although both rings were pretty bent hopefully will be on there fix list and playground all on a nice open area. Food was nice only has breakfast and one dinner some more less processed options would be good. Overall a great place and value

Absolutely loved our stay. No need to leave the park!

We loved the Motel room we stayed in. It was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be stay there again

Hopefully next time the app scan code will work and the slide will operate every day at 9am. Check out was 10am and ny son didnt get to go on the waterpark due to it being shut this morning but we both had a wonderful time so thankyou very much for the stay.

Perfect place to stay with kids. You have a whole lot to do on the property with a playground, jumping pillow, pedal carts, arcade room, swimming pool, water park with slides, and pedal karts to go around the property. It’s also walking distance to all the easy kids options - subway, McDonald’s, KFC, Hungry Jacks, pizza and sushi, as well as a kid friendly pub. Recommend for a family holiday 👌

Visited the theme parks with my 6 year old and we stayed in the motel. So much to do here with the water park, jumping pillow, activity centre showing movies, games room, park, lots of green space. My son was over the moon. Great food and drink options- good prices. Super comfortable room with great sheets, so soft and luxurious.

Short walk to pool and cafe/dining. Park car and walk to all onsite activities. Excellent outdoor kitchen set-up for BBQ'S

Great base to enjoy the Goldcoast from.

Over all the resort is ok. However. There was broken glass from a smashed bottle over and on the driveway to my cabin. Due to checking in late when it was dark I couldn’t see the glass and drove over and maybe parked on the broken glass. However due to it, my rental car got a puncture which resulted in a bunch of extra costs. When bringing it to managements attention was told “it’s not our problem” Second, facilities that the park said were available (bouncy pillow) were not available at all. I understand things break or need maintenance, but there offerings should be updated to reflect that. Again managements attitude to it was like they didn’t care.
