공항근처에 있고 숙소도 청결하니 전체적으로 만족했습니다 .

The breakfast area could be improved. Unfortunately, the open windows allowed flies to land on the ham and bread, which compromised hygiene.

Great little hotel- easy to use and right next to Co Op and Aldi.

チェックインもチェックアウトもスタッフとやりとりせず、機会でできとても楽でした。 部屋はとてもきれいで、エアコンも完備されています。ベッドも清潔でふかふかです。 徒歩2分程度のところにクローテン駅があり、チューリッヒ中央駅まで1本でアクセスできます。 ホテルの下にはcoopがあり、買い物にも困りません。 チューリッヒ空港からはタクシーで2分ほどでした。タクシーの料金は高めでした。

Bed was extremely comfortable- was a perfect place to stay the night before a flight!

Great check in

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. Great lobby. The room was new and clean. The one swinging door serving both the bathroom and shower was clever but did not afford a lot of privacy sound-wise. Regarding check-in, I prefer having a person check me in and not a self-serve kiosk. We switched from the kiosk to the staff member at the front desk after trying the kiosk but it was taking too long.

Clean, simple, quiet. Only issue was shower head hose was twisted so had to wrestle with it to stay on the hook. I’d definitely stay again. Excellent proximity to bus, train, and city. Best prices for in Zurich area.

Hotel localizado no bairro de Kloten, com estação de trem-metrô a uma quadra, mercado completo e bem mais barato que os do centro bem em frente ao hotel. Fica a 15 minutos do aeroporto usando transporte público que está a 100 metros. Hotel com boa estrutura e café da manhã adequado. Sentimos não ter frigobar no quarto com uma temperatura de 31graus na cidade.

Very impersonal. On check in, although there was a staff member on site they asked me to check in via kiosk in lobby Very inconvenient as they already had all my booking information but I had to input it all again including all personal information for both my husband and I Including passport info. Booked a taxi with a staff for taxi to airport for the following morning. The next morning went and double-checked that taxi was booked and they had not written it down so taxi had to be rebooked. All turned out well but again a very impersonal experience.

Clean, very modern, right across street from Aldi. Very close to train and bus to airport. Automated check at a machine, but very nice staff to help with any questions.
