직원분들 엄청 친절하고, 서비스 제공도 훌륭합니다 전자레인지도 사용할수 있고, 물도 상시 스파클링 워터 포함해서 라운지에서 항상 먹을수 있었어요 호텔 룸은 조금 작지만, 그렇게 느껴지지 않을 정도로 컨디션 최고!! 수영장도 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있습니다! 해변까지는 거리가 좀 있지만, 교통도 좋은 위치라서 나쁘지 않았어요^^

Lovely stay

I’m not sure how this hotel holds a 9/10 rating. The pool closes at 7 pm, which feels too early for Miami, especially when evenings are cooler and more pleasant. There is no gym at all, which is surprising for a hotel in this price range. I didn’t know that housekeeping had to be requested a day in advance, and if you ask on the same day, they simply don’t come. I asked twice for the room to be cleaned, but no one showed up, and we ended up having to clean the floor ourselves with a towel. The room is very small, and there’s no outlet on both sides of the bed for charging phones or devices. For a beach hotel, there are also very few hangers or places to dry clothes, swimsuits, or towels. While the location is good, the amenities and policies did not match my expectations.

Great hotel, rooftop pool amazing.

They have construction going on right now, so the roads are closed near the hotel. However everything about the hotel and this trip was upscale and enjoyable. Will definitely be a repeat visitor of this hotel when in Miami.

They put me in a room when they knew the air conditioning did not work and it took four calls to get it resolved. Room was trendy and cool but lacked some typical items. No onsite parking, difficult to find parking and extremely expensive.

Beds are super comfy!! Great choice for a solo traveler!

Really nice place to stay for the price. The inside was decorated very uniquely and trendy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Overall property was ok but the rooms are too small, poorly layed out and no coffee makers in the rooms. The iPads made the rooms overly complicated.

The property was well kept and lovely. Lady checking us in and 2 guy bartenders were extremely nice and helpful. We had one staff member that wasn’t the nicest however the experience at this hotel was overall great & we will be returning.

I thought the rooms were different, the staff was amazing and I plan on staying again.

Room was super small but we had everything we needed. Reminded me of a cruise ship room. VERY clean! You could eat off the floor. Very cool room features, lighting, sleep music. Location was just wonky

This is a well thought out microhotel. They are virtually the same. This one in South Beach is well located on the Western tip of Lincoln Rd. Just enough to be away from the bustle of it. The common areas are functional and well designed. Everything works as designed. Thankfully not really a party hotel in my stay, though a bit of sounds from the hallway can infiltrate the room. It is basically in Alton Rd. So transport is beyond adequate. It isn’t really supposed to be a “beach hotel”, I buy a day-pass to another hotel and enjoy that. I will consider staying here again.

I liked this hotel! Rooms are really small but it was just me so I was okay with it. Good, walkable location and friendly staff. Also loved that i could control everything in my room from an iPad! I would stay again
