We had a good stay here!

First of all. DO NOT rent a car unless you plan on sight seeing. EVERYTHING you need is within a few blocks walk from this property. This property is a historic art deco building with a small courtyard leading you into the space. There is a small patio for use as well. Our room #10 ever had some beach chairs to use. We were three blocks from stepping on the sand. We were within 100 feet of Esplnana Way that was filled with restaurants. Just use Uber. But, If you do drive, there are 2-3 municipal parking garages a few blocks away to park for a reasonable rate. We left our rental there for over 36 hours and the fee was $40. I would recommend this quant property for a short stay. Oh, shopping at Lincoln was a short walk away as well.

What a great stay! The Barcelona Studios Guesthouse is within walking distance of Collin’s Avenue including Ocean drive and the beach (~10 minutes) and conveniently steps away from Española Way. The set up is studio style therefore it really gave guests a “at home” feeling. The studio also had a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and small cooking area if you prefer to do so including small table to dine at. Additionally, there were beach towels AND chairs provided for a visit to the beach! On the lobby, there are complimentary items you can borrow or take (ex. Sun screen, aloe Vera, toiletries, etc) in the event you forgot an item or two - this came in handy since I forgot sunscreen! The front gate is always locked therefore I always felt safe and the self check-in process was straight forward and the host was communicative. Shout out to the host (Adriana) and Simone for allowing me to keep my bags in storage after check out while I had lunch before heading to the airport. Highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

Very nice property. It’s very clean & comfy. Didn’t really see any staff, but via message they helped with early check in. Very accommodating!

Das Gebäude mit den Apartments hat schon einen gewissen Charme und es war sauber. Der Check in war eigenständig über einen über Mail gesendeten Zahlencode. Das Apartment roch sehr unangenehm wie ein alter feuchter Keller. Die nächstmögliche Parkgelegenheit war 2 Blocks entfernt für 20$ den Tag. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

This place is a hidden gem for sure ! Location is perfect , having everything at a walking distance. From so many food options , gifts shops , bars and beach access. Property is very clean and rooms is very cozy, only issue I had was not having a tv in the room , other than that this place is amazing!

I loved my stay at Barcelona Suites. My room was spacious and clean. It was also very quiet, considering it was a block from Espanola Way. I wish I could have stayed longer. I also appreciate that there was no t.v. in the room.

It was convenient because it’s right beside basically everything like food beach shopping but when I say it’s like endless cats everywhere the stove is like portable the covers was bad and itchy and you it’s like they want you quiet as a mouse in somwhere you paid to stay

I liked everything about Barcelona Studios location, charming historic building, spacious room#17, however I would recommend a new mattress for the bed!

My stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and Lincoln Road, making it easy to explore the area by foot. Despite the central location, it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are many beautiful cats around the property and lobby, which adds charm, but they are not inside the rooms, so no issue for anyone with allergies. The rooms themselves are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was terrible, I will no longer be using this site for travel. Your refund policy is terrible as well. I’m completely dissatisfied with your service, out of 590.00 I only received 176 in refund and I didn’t spend one night in the last hotel secured on you sir just terrible

Super séjour, très bien localisé, proche de la plage, d’ocean drive et des endroits clés de Miami beach. Résidence sécurisée et calme. Prix très correct. J’ai apprécié l’autonomie, pas besoin de s’enregistrer à un comptoir. Il y a un endroit où se relaxer au calme avec des chats et des produits sont mis à disposition gratuitement (crème solaires, etc) Bref, je ne regrettes pas du tout mon choix et reprendrai cet hôtel si je reviens à Miami Beach.

Loved the location. Close to some great restaurants and walking distance to the beach and shopping. Room was bright and super clean. Property was lovely and had really nice public seating areas. As a cat owner, it was enjoyable to see the cats that are being cared for, on and around the property. Adriana was quickly responsive with messaging. Would happily stay here again if ever back to Miami Beach!
