You will receive a confirmation that your check-in is successful and that your Lion Air boarding pass is now accessible through your Traveloka App. An email will also be sent to you, along with your boarding pass attached.

Lion Air online check-in is available for pregnant passengers. However, they are required to submit a medical certificate and fill in a medical form at the airport check-in counters. Meanwhile, passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. infants, passengers with disabilities, Unaccompanied Minors) must check-in directly at the airport.

Yes, you need to present a printed boarding pass to board the plane. Lion Air requires you to print your boarding pass at Lion Air airport check-in counters or kiosks.
