－What You Can Expect－

Discover Shakotan Peninsula, a mountainous terrain extending to the sea of Japan on the west coast of Hokkaido. See its unspoiled beauty as you venture to Cape Kamui. At the entrance, you will see a sign written "Forbidden place for women", which comes from a legend that a woman put a curse on this place due to her failing pursuit of love. Because of the curse, all ships with women aboard will sink into the sea. Despite this somewhat terrifying folktale, the cape boasts an incredible view of the blue sea. The blue color of the sea is so unique that they name it "Shakotan Blue"!

Then, gaze in wide-eyed wonder as you venture to Shimamui Coast. Take in the view of crystal clear seawater and the rocky coastline. Hop aboard an underwater view ship and see the mesmerizing underwater world from the glass window. Explore the captivating coast of Hokkaido during your trip to Japan!

・Meet-Up Time: 7:20am (7:50am for the departure on following dates: June 2, 11, 16, 22, July 2, 12, 22, 27, 31 and August 6, 16, 26)
・Meet-Up Point: JR Sapporo North Exit, Bell Plaza
・Duration: ~12 hrs
・Return Info: return to Sapporo at approximately 5:30pm - 6:00pm

・The ticket for child ages from 3 to 5 only includes a bus seat
・Free admission for child ages 2 and under. Please notify us at the "Note" section the number of childen when booking
・The lunch meal is sea urchin rice bowl. Please notify us at the "Note" section if you wish to change it to seafood rice bowl (without sea urchin)
・Tour leader and translator who are proficient in foreign languages will accompany the travelers during the tour, and provide written information in different languages. However, introduction of attractions will not be provided
・Traveler ages 19 and under must be accompanied by another traveler ages 20 and above
