Room 201 was presented as upscale room and was large and roomy. Unusual design where lower edge of bed directly in front of sliding door to bathroom. Slide out of bed into bathroom. Staff, elevator, room all good.

Great experience and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room is very clean and beds were comfortable. I would stay here again next time I visit Sydney.

The smell was over powering and the aircon was very very noisy very small room but the staff were kind and tried to help with our issues lt is very close to alot of shops bars and chemist so was well situated also it was quiet Beds and pillow were very comfortable and our bathroom was spot on good actually almost bigger then the room itself

King deluxe room was tired looking and relatively small. Amenities lacking, no teaspoons no shower cap etc. Property is clean and very conveniently located. Staff is wonderful. Don’t try to sleep on Saturday nights as our room had no noise insulation and we only managed to catch some sleep after 4 am when the relentless yelling, car horn honking and general drunken party noises stopped. Bring earplugs or perhaps avoid Saturday nights.
