Excellent location, and the building is new, clean and practical. Its not a hotel, its an apartment, which means no room service or no having the rooms made up, however there is a kitchen, there is a laundry, there is a pool. And its huge with a nice balcony, much prefer to stay in an appartment.

Close to eateries & walkable to South Bank Parklands.Good size one-bedroom suite. Free basement parking was a bonus, especially front desk allowed us to leave our vehicle in the car park for an hour after we’d checked out. Nice views of the city from the rooftop pool.
Shower was too small for a doorless design. A screen blind was missing in the living room. A signage outside the access door would’ve made it easier to locate the front counter.

My apartment was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. So conveniently located for events at Southbank. There were some additional extras which I really appreciated, like laundry powder - handy. Nice toiletries. Big towels. The TV and aircon were easy to operate.

The place was fine, the bed was uncomfortable, the internet barely worked and the shower was very low - anyone over 5 foot 9 is too tall for the shower head and the water pressure is gravity flow, was adequate for the trip I was on but would not stay again

The overall experience was average. Cleanliness and location were acceptable, but nothing outstanding. Front desk service was limited — most of the time there was only one staff member available, which made service slow and not very responsive. It felt understaffed and lacking in service attention.
On the positive side, there are some great restaurants nearby in the West Village area, which was convenient for dining out.

There is no indication where the entrance to the hotel is. We were not the only ones walking up and down the street trying to figure that out. Garden view means view of a bush. Accomodation was ok but nothing special. Only had two towels, no facecloths, one tea towel etc.. so a bit skimpy. The pool was nice but water quite cool! Only 3 lounge chairs available.
It was quiet and private.

食器も一通りあり、日本から持ってきた調味料を使って自炊を十分楽しめました。
バルコニーも広く快適。エアコンも風が当たらず居心地が素晴らしかったです。

The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning to do a lot of cooking, you'll need to purchase your own.
