The service at checkin was great, friendly and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has good lighting and the room is great at ensuring a dark room for a good night sleep. It was easy to park with car close by. The restaurant had a nice variety of food and it was beautifully cooked and tasty.

Came for a short stay to attend Griffith Uni open day - close enough to train station to also catch a day of shopping in the city. Everything was clean, comfortable and parking was easy. Had the best experience at the onsite restaurant, service was stellar (thank you ladies you were awesome!) and the food was delicious!

We had to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the hot water came through. And had to ask reception for another toilet roll as we ( 4 adults ) stayed 2 nights and only had 1 and 1/2 toilet rolls, otherwise very comfortable and the beds were absolutely beautiful to sleep on. We will be staying again in the future.

Bed was comfortable. No blankets and it’s winter. Staff were obliging when we asked for these. Bathroom terrible - shower old. Door nearly falling off. Shower temperature adjust poor. No ability to adjust height of shower - too bad if you are short or a child. No hand towel. 4 towels only for 4 people staying. Cleanliness ok but if you opened the drawers in the bedrooms- yuck. Great location but the whole complex needs a freshen up.

The uniqueness was the environment felt so homely that my 5year old kept on saying he wants to go home referring to the hotel .

The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Check in was quick.
Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable.
The staff picked us up in the golf buggy transport to take us to and from the restaurant for dinner. This was a godsend for my 90 year old mum. And my 3 year old granddaughter thought it the best fun.
The swimming pool and playground were brilliant and the restaurant was beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced.
Could not fault this place at all. I'll be back.

I'm not happy that instead of HOLDING a deposit it was actually taken from my account & after 2wks from departure it still hasn't been refunded. Disgraceful! I will be taking this further.

Staff were nice and greeted us well. The parking etc is good and the room itself had good space. The downfall coming back to a huntsman spider running around the room kids and wife wouldn’t enter haha. And the curtains don’t cover the windows really well and a lot of light gets in the morning and you can here sounds from other rooms.

Great check in experience. Room was decent except the cleaning staff came into our room with shoes on for a quick check. I wish they didn’t wear shoes in carpeted floors. Wifi at night is awful. Can’t even get on. I also found there was no hot water after 10pm the night we stayed.
