We were staying over as a group. 1 x 1 bdrm apartment and 1 x 2bdrm executive apartment.
We paid more for the 2 bdrm executive but were allocated 2 x 1 bdrms with a connecting door. It was not what was advertised. There were 3 of us but the balcony could only fit a small round table and two chairs - not what was advertised and booked. Our other person in the group in a one bedroom had a much more spacious one bedroom than our two bedroom and a balcony that was at least double the size.
I expressed my disappointment and that I was not happy. I received a $50 gift voucher for a local pub - that was dated 4 months ago (February). Nothing personal about the gesture. I returned it to them. It was not an attempt to get anything for free. We just wanted to get what we paid for, and we didn't. I wish we didnt stay there and won't be back. The whole point of booking a 2bedroom executive apartment was so we could all have the space to hang out together - instead we all had to squeeze in to a 1 bedroom to all hang out.

Overall the hotel was very good and the room cleanliness was great. However upon my late checkin after hours I came into my room to find a maintenance workers bag. With the tools out. I wasn’t sure if someone was in the room and or even if I was supposed to have this room. As it was nearly midnight
