Our apartment was spacious, large, clean, good facilities and the Breakfast was amazing. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast staff were also so kind and made a wonderful breakfast, I particularly loved the style of service. Keep up the good work, and will recommend to all my family and friends. Thankyou ❤️

まず素晴らしい従業員、立地、値段、部屋の広さ、設備に満足です。
従業員は皆親切で、フロント、朝食会場、掃除の方と皆良い印象でした。
立地も駅から歩いてすぐ、Woolworthsは30秒ほど、クィーンストリートもすぐ！と最高の立地。
泊まった１階の10号室は広く、キッチン用品一式、食器、洗濯機、乾燥機とあり8泊するのに最高に便利でした。部屋の中に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのが助かりました。
設備は多少の古さは感じるかもしれませんがたいして気になりませんでした。
今回の10号室は２階で日が入らず、目の前が郵便局の建物、また窓が開かないのだけが残念なところ。ただ4階以上なら郵便局の建物もなく日が入りそう。
全体的には非常に満足できる滞在でした。また次回機会があれば泊まると思います。

The staff are outstanding. The room was impeccable clean beautifully kept and nothing was any trouble to any member of the staff that I asked for anything the front of house staff and the reception are outstanding.

Great location and very well positioned for wandering the city sites. Central station is an easy walk across ANZAC Square and Eagle Street Pier is about five minutes walk away. The room was comfortable although extra storage would’ve been great. Breakfast was included in our stay and was a great way to start the day. Thanks again for having us. 😊

Receptions service was excellent when we checked in. However, we couldn’t sleep well with the knocking noises from other rooms, we did call to complain and they did not bother to see what the knocking noises were that went for hours early morning. Service for breakfast was terrible from one of the staff that was serving the food, the food was good tho but there was lack of customer service, one of the staff seemed grumpy every time we asked for the food. The other girl (asian) was lovely tho. Room AC wasn’t working well and it is not noise proof we could hear noises from the other rooms. Great location tho.
