Two bed apartment was perfect nice & clean heaps of space and it had everything we needed. Thank god the smaller pool was heated kids had a ball & the bbq area was perfect space for our guests to gather before dinner. Can’t wait to go back

Our apartment was on the top floor and we enjoyed the magnificent view of Beach Beach. There were good eating places in The Star or you can catch the Light Rail to Southport for even more choices.

Lovely apartment but we had issues with noise (despite being on 37th floor) and with hot water alarms going off in the evening & during the night (2:30am). Apparently these alarms are a building issue.

This was my first trip to the Gold Coast. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Just a five minute walk to the tram, beach and restaurants in Broadbeach. The staff at check-in and checkout could be friendlier. I felt like they did not want to be there.

It is only 3 lifts for the hotel, there were so many people stayed there, it took a long time to get into lift, it also took a long time to get to the 48th floor, the lift stopped every level. The front reception did not communicate well one another, one receptionist said she left notes in the computer system, but it seemed no one read it. I have to tell receptionist again to check the message in the system.

Didn't rate our checkout. Clearly the female checking us out was inconvenienced from her chatting with her colleague to be bothered to check out. No discussion about my charges for parking being emailed or if i wanted a receipt (never happened). Not giving me or telling me how to access to the car park to leave was just rude. So disappointing after the great check-in experience.

This was my first trip to the Gold Coast. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Just a five minute walk to the tram, beach and restaurants in Broadbeach. The staff at check-in and checkout could be friendlier. I felt like they did not want to be there.
